I don't know where the bad reviews come from for here- as far as dentist's go, I look forward to my visits. Doctor Miller is so nice and quick with the procedures! I had two fillings in less than 15 minutes and they look great. The hygenist Robyn is very knowledgeable and the girls at the desk are hilarious and nice. They even explained the best way to stagger my appointments so that my insurance wouldn't hit me with a huge charge. Glad I found this office!

I had a root canal done today and was surprised at how painless it was! It was a front tooth and always before work there brought a tear to my eyes. Dr. Miller is GREAT! If you were there before Dr. Miller consider going back if you were not satisfied. I went there in 2017 and was not impressed but since they took my new insurance decided i would give them another try! Glad I did!

Dentists refuses to do work only allowed by insurance company without charging for work not covered by insurance. So look for being charged for services not allowed by insurance. Example: Went for annual check-up and dentist refused without including an additional set of x-rays that were not covered by insurance. Also happened when refused to do specific work without signing up for a payment plan to complete ALL work he deemed necessary. All they care about is the money they can get out of your pocket, not the patient needs!

This place is a factory. Get them in get the money and get them out. High turn over. You never see the same person working there more than once. They do not care about their patients or respect their autonomy. They overbook and do not run on a schedule.

Just had my cleaning with Mandy and I love her she educates you very thorough my husband was seen by her yesterday and also liked the way she cleaned his teeth. It took me awhile to bring him back but Mandy and Dr. Kunstler made it possible for him to get his treatment, and continue with treatments. Thank you all

You may be looking for a trustworthy dentist that covers your insurance and seeks to keep your teeth in tip top shape. One of those things Bright Expressions falls short on.tl; dr at the bottom.

I do not think I can trust them again; my visit overall was pleasant but fraught with uncertainty and second guessing. The staff at the front are pleasant, kind sounding individuals. They are adept at keeping the general flow of the office going smoothly, and at least they seem to know their own systems.

But, in the back, it’s a different story. Today I went in for a cleaning and checkup, covered by my insurance with a $25 copay, was eventually told it would be $66 due to gingivitis issues (which I signed), but I left with a $140 charge to my card.

The hygienist was kind, and looked into the abrasion I had near my still developing molars. She told me that, as per my previous visit and the note on there, I was referred to a specialist for removal of all 4 molars. She then went to find the Doctor to look into the abrasion in my mouth properly. In that time, I heard another patient break down into tears as she told her hygienist that she didn't understand what was going on in this "shady" place. She claimed multiple times through sobbing "I just don't know what's going on, " to which a woman with her replies tersely "… go to the front and drink some water or something. " without addressing concerns. I didn't hear too much of the conversation, but I felt terrible.

Given that I soon was told by my hygienist that the notes actually said the Doctor saw the abrasion before and that she had included it in the referral I was previously given, I was feeling the same way the woman was. I do not remember any such thing, and the hygienist had claimed just moments ago the referral was just for the removal of molars nothing else. The hygienist and Doctor talked with eachother in my presence about it, and they acted like they remembered my exact situation the last visit and that this was clearly just a continuation of that. But it wasn't, and the Doctor didn't even address me or give the abrasion a cursory glance.

Proceeding on with the cleaning, which I signed off $40 on, some time later it was determined I would need gingivitis treatment and a followup cleaning instead of the norm, which would be $66 (I signed this). "Ouch, that hurts, but I'm sure she's factoring in my insurance and the cost may be decreased. She seems like she cares" I thought.

Wrong. After everything was over, I went to the front and had to step out to retrieve my wallet. I came back a minute later to the receptionist sternly talking to the hygienist about how much the actual cost was, which would be $140 total. The receptionist told me insurance would cover one of these two visits, of which I was thankful and she said it would be this one.

Still, $140. The invoice I was handed does not factor in any sort of coverage.tl;dr and summary: In Lehigh, there aren't many Dentists; fewer still that cover most insurances. Just because a dentist utilizes your insurance, doesn't mean they're trustworthy or 100% liable to do what's best for you. Sometimes travelling far is the best option.

I rate Great Expressions 2/5, because at least they were kind, the hygienist proficient with her tools.

Dr. Perlstein is no longer there. I liked him very much. The new doctor is a lady Dr. Makaela Kunstler. She is very gentle with the gum shots. So far, I like her just as much as I did Dr Perlstein. She is the first lady dentist I have ever had. In fact, as of this review all of the employees at this location are very nice and polite young ladies.

My husband and myself have been treated with kit gloves at the Lehigh Acres Great impressions. I have never felt so comfortable going to the dentist. And I have trust in their work and service. My husband is disabled and they cared for him and was patient with his needs. I totally recommend the Lehigh Acres Great expressions.

They are more concerned with making money then caring for their patients. Need a deposit to make a future appointment. The tech I had wasn’t very sure of what he was doing. Once the dentist knew I didn’t have the money for the extraction I never saw her again. I had to be content with passing messages through the tech. Going to change my dentist ASAP.

I love Cecilia my hygienist she is gentle, informative, knowledgeable as to what I should do with my oral hygiene and also compassionate. Dr. Kunstler is awesome! I really have not worked with a doctor that can be so honest, knowledgeable and compassionate as she is and professional not only with me but with all patients that come to visit great expressions.
