Super professional staff! I had no wait time, they actually took me back early. Assessed the situation, gave me options, did not force me to decide on the spot. Gave me a break down of the costs and I was out the door in 35 minutes! Dental appointments can be so stressful and scary, they are the exact opposite! Highly referred by me

I lost a crown over the New Year holiday and needed an urgent fix. I visited Great Expressions as they are close and was seen straight away.
Unfortunately my tooth had broken below the gum line and the bad news, especially for someone as nervous about dental work as me, was that extraction was the only option.
Dr Pocialik and his staff treated me with reassurance and made sure that I was perfectly comfortable at all stages of the procedure, which was executed as quickly and as gently as it could be.
The follow up appointments were scheduled to make sure that everything was checked before my impending trip to Europe and that the Doctor was satisfied that I had all potentially needed medication and that healing was progressing as it should be for I left.
As I said to him, Dr Pocialik is a “Rock Star”. Or maybe that was the Nitrous Oxide gas talking
Update … just had my 3rd new crown fitted by Dr Lilian Cubero and her team. Great professional work done in a friendly manner. Very happy once again!

Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Never like going to the dentist but I don't mind going there because of the staff.

It was very cold so they had a sign at the entrance that you may want to bring a sweater. But it’s too late to tell me to bring a sweater. I needed to know before I left the house.

Terrible experience. Went in as a new patient looking for an exam and a cleaning. For starters I had to wait an hour and a half in the chair for the dentist. While waiting the assistant proceeds with a procedure stating it’s for thier records. Which come to find out it’s optional and wasn’t stated that way. Upsell #1. Upon my exam I’m quoted to come back for multiple cleanings and multiple cavities that can’t even be seen in the x-ray. $600 estimate. Upsell #2. Two hours later I’m out the door without even a basic cleaning. They treat it like an auto body shop with the fact you only want one simple thing and they require hundreds of dollars in other procedures and swindle you for optional services. Very unfortunate given I have quality insurance as well. 1 star and it’s only for the receptionist who were very friendly.

I cannot think of anything that the staff of Great Expressions could do to make my appointments any more pleasant and informative. Thank you GEDC.

Everything was good. X-ray tech, hygienist, & dentist all did super job.only negative was wait between appt for checkup & appt for hygienist.

Dr B, TASHA, ET. Al are the most caring, empathetic, friendly, sincere, excellent & professional dentist office I've ever been to! I've been to a lot of different offices, in several different states & I'm 70 years old. If you as a patient, aren't able to use G. E, I feel bad for U. Uwont do any better anywhere else! This dental office has excellent staff and the most up to date office practices and equipment. Their billing practices are completely transparent - you always know exactly what you will be expected to pay. There is no over-selling. Would recommend without hesitation.
