Really bad practice, they book 4 patients in the same time frame, you would wait hours and the dentists and personnel are not good at what they do, my new dentist was shocked at the really bad dental work and the amount the charge for terrible work

They are the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. Their communication skills need improvement. They demand you listen to what they have to say but when is your turn to speak they won’t allow you. They talk to patients parents like if you’re stupid. Don’t waste your time coming here. So many problems since day one and I’m finally pulling the plug. They schedule you appointment and if they have to cancel for whatever reason they call you on the same appointment date about 1 hours before, this has happened to me 3 times already. As you can read from other reviews the cleanliness in this place is none existing.

Unprofessional and worst office experience I have ever had. I made an appointment for my children (weeks before) and the day before our appt, they called me and told me that they had to reschedule our appointment because they don't see new patients at the times we were scheduled for. (my husband and I took time off from work) I asked to have the office manager call me back to see if they could still accommodate us because it wasn't our fault and the appointments were still there.and the receptionist began to argue with me.saying I didn't need to speak with the manager and that they could reschedule me. (I should have just canceled.) I got frustrated and INSISTED the manager call me back ASAP.

When she called back, she made it seem as if I misunderstood the guy, saying he was calling to bring us in earlier. (no, he wasn't.he was literally looking up future days and times but.ok.)

All of that for us to come in 30 min.earlier, sure. We were there. The receptionist handed me 40 mins worth of paperwork to fill out. They didn't check us in until I was done with all of it. (It was all the same info I had given them when I initially set the appointment weeks prior. She did it all over the phone. But I went along with everything they asked.) After that, we decided to go outside to discuss what we were going to do at that point. We were completely turned off about the place. It was filthy. Every chair had a tear or something on it. Floor and windows were super dirty. Really unsanitary.

While we were discussing, a nurse came and grabbed us. As I am meeting the billing lady, my husband and the receptionist start going back and forth in spanish. Apparently, the unprofessional front desk staff were talking about me in spanish. I was shocked at the way we were treated. The employee kept arguing with my husband to the point that I got involved. My husband is holding our 3 year old and my 6 year old daughter was already crying and gripping my arm. I reminded the employee that he was working and there are children present. Nobody else said or did anything! I told the billing lady that we were leaving, that this was unacceptable, and that NO ONE from this office was going to treat my children. No one stopped this employee from berating us. This all happened in front of my children. I'll post pictures of the dirt and grime. Change your name to "Worst Impressions"

I 100% do not recommend it. There are so many to choose from, don't choose this place.

Very happy with results of my latest visit. They called days in advance to actually get me in to an earlier time slot. They were able to get me the proper treatment and even avoided an unnecessary procedure as well. The dentist and hygienist worked in my best interest. Job well done!

This place is a Dirty Awful Unprofessional Circus & there are wayyyyy bettter offices right around the corner!

Great Expressions has many locations. They are branded practices that are independently owned and operated (Already not a good sign). THIS ONE IS AWFUL! The staff was awful and rude to say the LEAST. There was no sense of urgency on their part and / or organization. They place is filthy! And I mean FILTHY! Just take a look at the pics! I walked in, waited 20 minutes (even though I had set an appointment) in that dirty front waiting area, that feels claustrophobic and like you might catch covid or worse just breathing the ir in there.walked out, I would never have my family be seen by this dysfunctional office. Save yourself the time and terrible experience. Trust me there are wayyy better offices down the street that actually care, are professional, and not to mention sanitary and clean!

Everyone is nice but they need to work on the phones. You have to call multiple times before you get someone on the phone.

This location is conveniently located, staff is wonderful and scheduling us easy and always available. Estela is my hygienist and she is excellent. Thanks everyone

The printer was not working at the desk and I was not able to get a receipt for my dental work. The woman at the desk asked if I would like a copy emailed to me and I said yes. It was never sent to me. I called to ask about this. Was not able yo speak to anyone and left a voice message and asked to be called back. No one from the off
ice called me back. Rather poor administrative work.

There was a mix up in my appointment time but the office manager quickly took care of it. My appointment was great, they got me back there in a timely manner and the dentist was extremely knowledgeable and made my experience pleasant. The guy who checked me out was very professional and friendly.

This place is the worst they accepted my appointment then on the day of my appointment they call me staying that the doctor no longer is there that she has been gone for two months. I made my appointment three weeks ago. I call back and get put on very long hold and they say they can't see me. Please don't waste your time going here. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is the only dental officeI will bring my family too. The place is clean with a nice layout. The staff is very professional, accommodating, and nonjudgmental. They are always very clear about what the insurance covers versus what is out of pocket. They also give you options and help educate you about each procedure. As a teacher and former business owner, I am very impressed by the entire experience they give you there. My young children are seen by the pedi dentists also love them.

I was very pleased with the help & service I received from this location. Colby was extremely helpful and friendly when going through financing for Invisalign, which was much appreciated! Dr. Uma is absolutely wonderful and so sweet! I highly recommend coming here!

Service is going down. When you call the office no one answers, you leave a message (if the system isn't full) and no one calls you back. Today for my visit, a lot of new faces. My treatment plan price changes (goes up) after I have already signed and received treatment. This is crazy, never experienced this here. Not sure what's going on, but they have to do better. Seriously thinking about changing dental offices.

I wouldn't return was very disappointed and customer service is very bad, no one answer the phone whenever you call the office also answering machine is full. My experience today just confirm this place is not good for my money, dental assistant remove her gloves use her hand to open the trash can, then put new glove on without even wash her hand, my appointment was at 1300 I arrived at 1250, was not call back until 1314 it take 8mins to do x-ray I wad told dentist with be in a few she did show until 1351 and was out by 1553 I was 15mins Noone show up to clean my teeth so I told one of the staff I have a next time because I was waiting for about 1hrs, i wouldn't recommend anyone to this dental office, I will take my business else that have patience care and value.
