The doctors and his assistant were amazing. I had some dental work done. Through the process, there was no pain felt and a speedy recovery. Extremely recommend! Love their service.

Bad experience. I missed work during the afternoon and the doctor was too busy and could do anything.

I think your service was very well my appointment was scheduled for later but they were able to squeeze me in earlier when I called an asked them to. Overall their service is always good.

Great Expressions Dental Care has wonderful doctors and staff. They care about your health and not just your teeth!

Worst experience ever in my life, they refused to give me Crowns and insisted I get a deep cleaning first even after I told them it was not affordable, they refused to give mearegular cleaning even though my plan came with 2 cleanings, I finally agrre to the deep cleaning with was 281.20 with my Insurance and I ask them will I have to pay anything elso for my cleaning or have any other treatments and they verbally told me no, when I got ready to get my deep cleaning the girl said we are going to do half of you mouth today and you have to schedule an appointment for the other half.so I said will I have to pay another 281.20 she said yes and I stated well that not what I was told because I made sure I asked, they cancell my appointment for my crowns.this place is very very very unprofessional, misleading and their was one nice lady name Carolyn the girl that sits at the desk who gets you qualified for some type of credit and does refunds is extremely rude and when I say extrememly I meam expremely.do not go to this place.it is the worst will be going back to my previous Dentist who has her own practice. I think these Dentist rent spaces.

Professional and knowledgeable staff.
Excellent service. The Dentist, the assistant and the hygienic and the receptionist gave excellent service and polite as well.

Friendly staff Marie who does cleaning is the best. The other staff is great as well and they move fast get you in and out

Everyone was very polite and helpful. They really went out of their way about all my concerns.

I was totally disappointed at the fact that the equipment was not working properly therefore I had to spit in a cup which Disgusting.

Very disappointed, when I found out after almost eight years, there's a teeth formed in the upper left corner of my mouth, Dr. Extracted all my teeth from upper part of my mouth.
In order for me to receive my dentures.

Also, I was explained Dr. Couldn't extract one tooth from my mouth
which left me upset because now I have to travel to Coral Springs
Florida and don't have the transportation because he doesn't extract one tooth, it must be three are more teeth.

By far the worst dentist I’ve ever been to!
I went to get my 6th month cleaning. I was in the chair for 10 minutes. The lady said she was the dental assistant. She put ointment on my teeth, flossed them (barely) and told me “see you in 6 months”.

I was confused, and said I’m here for a cleaning.aren’t you supposed to use tools and actually clean my teeth? I have plaque, and showed her. She then said.oh yes, I see you have.let me get the dentist”

He came and spent 5 minutes using his tool, flossed me again and sent me on my way.

Everything was rushed, they don’t take their time and want you in and out.

This is my second time here this year. I went again thinking I would have a different experience.last time again, was in the chair for 20 min tops. This time was an even worse experience because no tools were used! Just ointment and floss for my annual “cleaning”

The only reason I’m giving two stars, and the only good thing about this place are the receptionist. They are very nice and attentive!

I never write reviews, but I honestly left this appointment in disbelief….

The cleaning was very painful. The young lady that I used to have she used to do a painless job. I don’t know what happened to her but now the gentleman that I have does a painful job. Also, I wanted to talk to a dentist briefly, and I waited, but they could not accommodate me. I have thousands of dollars left in my spending account that I need to spend by the end of the year and I just wanted to ask a dentist a question about a crown that I would like to change. But the front desk staff could not accommodate me, so I will find another dentist and get my services done there. I will not be coming back to Great Expressions Dental.

My last few visits have been thorough and efficient. Seems the new office manager has improved the customer service experience.

Though I was running late for my appointment, the staff and Dr. Scott were very understanding and helpful to me.

In and out with very little wait. Staff was very professional. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner!

The people are very professional and friendly. They make you feel at ease here by explaining in detail everything.
