This place is amazing. It has very good customer service and great quality furniture. I bought a bed set, 2 laptops, a 65 inch TV, just to name a few. They deliver right away when you purchase. Great rooms has a great selections of furniture and other things as well I've been a customer with great room for years. And the best thing of great rooms are very patient and very easy to work with and they have great stuff I wouldn't go anywhere else but great rooms. And also the best thing from great rooms is that if they don't have something that I'm looking for they do everything in their power to try to find perfect furniture or Etc. I have gotten multiple items from this location and always go back for more. Place pretty much got me everything in my house good deals, good people. Don't get too much, it's easy to do.

I just got my fridge from Great Rooms a Samsung Quad fridge I saw it so far away for me getting it and I happened to pass by after the gym and went in and Radames was the nicest and most helpful person I’ve ever met! The second I told him I needed a fridge he helped me right away without hesitating! He made it happen and I got my fridge delivered today! His guys and him came to deliver it and even helped with my counter cause the fridge top size was bigger and they helped removed my top counter part which now I just need to have my handyman make smaller for me! His guys were so nice and helpful and went above and beyond! Having this new fridge gave my kids a big smile and that just means everything to me! Thanks Radames and your team for making this happen for me and my kiddos definitely will go back! I don’t have enough words of appreciation tears of joy for me and my kids! Thank you tremendously Radames and his team! More than recommend! God bless u all!

Friendly and helpful, nice selection. Fast repairs and free delivery! Previous owners did not call us every time that it was a payment day, though. I really don’t like that they call on the day that payment is due and leave voicemails and text messages in the middle of the day. It also makes it seem like they have no customers in person to entertain. That’s the only reason for the one star gone.

Nothing the best service the whole way throughout your visit and they ordered us beverages also. You won’t regret having them help you get what you want.
