The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable.very unhappy with the install.some pieces were installed to tight and are lifted at the seams.a few pieces have damage from install

We had a really great experience. Adrian was very helpful in selecting new flooring for our bedrooms. We were surprised at how quickly we got on the schedule for installation! Our installation went very smoothly. Luke's was on time, very professional, friendly and efficient. Our installation was done on time. They did a great job in cleanup as well.

Chris and Steffan did an excellent job installing our new vinyl plank flooring. Chris preplanned the layout and installation. Our furniture was moved as needed so we could still use our kitchen and living area which was much appreciated. In addition, they agreed to install new baseboard for us. Even with the additional work, the job was completed on time and the end result is beautiful! We could not be happier.

Our stem to stern experience was professional and flawless. Great input at the front end, continuous communication and tailored installation. We could not be more pleased.

Flooring sales and installers (lead by Anthony) made the experience easy and overall painless. The installation team was very conscientious of leaving the house clean after tearing up tile floor. They covered everything and no dust left even in my kitchen cabinets. They treated as if it was their own home. I would highly recommend this company and am very happy with the entire flooring job.

David the salesman was very helpful and the crew Brad, Cody and Larry were very considerate of our house and elderly mother. We couldn't be more please with how they checked with us and worked around our crazy lifestyle and the care they took with installing the complete house with plank flooring.

Our overall experience with Great Southeast Flooring America was excellent from start to finish. Our salesperson, Anthony Cavallo, took the time to explain all of our options thoroughly. He brought several samples to our home to place in the room and thoroughly explained the entire process and what to expect. Our installers, Jim and Jared, were fabulous. They showed up on time and got right to work, but also stopped to answer my questions throughout the install. They were professional, courteous and installed our carpet skillfully. It has only been a week, but so far, we are very pleased with our service all around from Great Southeast Flooring America and would highly recommend them!

From start to finish, we were very impressed with all of our service. Adrian Davis was our sales representative and he truly went above and beyond to help us out. Everything moved quickly and efficiently. The carpet installers, Mark and Todd did a fantastic job with the carpet in our master bedroom. The tile installers, Ricky Baden and his team of Jason and Kevin did an excellent job on the tile installation on our entire ground floor. We are so happy with the end result! Thank you all so much!

Zack was great and brought several samples of flooring to my home to help me decide which flooring I wanted. Chris and Stefan did a wonderful job removing tile and carpeting. There was alot of prep work to sand & level the floor before installation. They cleaned up at the end of each day and kept me updated 2 x a day as to the plan on where they were and what would happen next. They worked long hours to get everything completed on time. I love the new clean look. Highly recommend.

I LOVE Flooring America! They sent a super team, Lutz Services to install our new engineered hardwood flooring. The team members were polite, conscientious, caring, and very professional! They worked on the floors while we lived in the house, and made a tough situation very negotiable. The flooring was worth every penny from the best glue, to the leveling of the surfaces through their floating technique. I highly recommend them. You get what you pay for, don't be fooled by anyone quoting a cheaper price, you might not be happy with the result!
