I am from Idaho, moved to Virginia Beach VA, and saw a car that I really wanted from this dealership. Babur helped me when I called to find out more about the car. He assisted with final pricing, including taxes and fees (which are small) and gave me everything I needed super fast before I got there. I asked him if he needed me to put a deposite on the car to hold it until I could look at it and he let me know if I was willing to fly down to see the car then he would hold it for me for a few days. Today I flew down to Florida, Babur picked me up in the car I was interested in, let me drive it to the dealership so I could get in a test drive on the highway and city roads, and I bought the car in really fast time. He never pressured me and never made me feel like I had to buy the car, he was always making sure it was the right car for me. I’m so glad I found this dealership, best experience I’ve even heard of purchasing a car. I’d recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for a smooth and painless experience when looking for a car.

Purchased a vehicle a week ago and was very impressed. There was a little issue with it that was fixed immediately without question. No pressure and very transparent! Very thankful for such an easy experience!

Just purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman from Great Value Motors. The car was in amazing condition inside & out. Working with Babur was a fantastic experience. He was very accommodating to my test-driving & taking the car for a 3rd party inspection. In the past week I have had 3 customers who purchased cars in the past week from Great Value "As is no warranty" 2 with bad transmissions, no brake pads, metal on metal into the rotors, blown turbo charger puking out oil. Guessing they don't do any kind of inspections, or don't care what they sell. Definitely NOT disclosing the extremely value issues with the vehicles.

Do NOT buy or trade-in here. Me and several others who have bought or traded in our vehicles within the last 2 weeks have had to bring in our vehicles into shops for transmission problems. When I spoke to the owners about the maintenance report for the vehicles being serviced prior to being sold, they said they dont have them BUT they definitely do it before they sell them (highly doubt it). Currently spent ~$1k for a rental (which I'll have to extend for god knows how long), and am waiting for the shop to give me the exact amount to fix or replace the TCM (transmission control module, which could be ~$3k) or the transmission itself (which could be between $6-7k). Don't waste your time and look somewhere else, this place is untrustworthy.

Man I can't even start I can right a book whatever you do stay away from this car lot I purchased a Chrysler in May and it's giving me all kinds of problems out of everything I had wrong with the car he only fixed a wheel sensor in the meantime I've been without air and it's hot single parent with a kid driving around in a hot car I'm making notes on as I go I just replaced the throttle body yesterday couldn't afford to get the pedal fix so it's still broke and went to shop for ac twice to get repair and couldn't afford to get it fixed just service and still need more work trust me done waist your time are money vehicle is as is work when u drive off then u stuck with whatever is wrong y'all please keep me in prayer

A little long a process but very pleased with the service. They worked with us on a deal to get me and my family in a great suv. Definitely recommend this place.
