I used to go to this place a lot. My last visit was disappointing. Prices are higher & less quality. The service was bad.

At the recommendation of my buddy. I stopped in for a bite after a day of traveling here from California. Staff, customers at the bar and the food was all great. I had the Lamb Chops, which may have been the best I ever had and I’ve had a lot in my life. I’ll be back to try the octopus which the other patrons raved about. Very good food. Food was very good. Greek salad with feta and fresh tomatoes. We had the chicken and the lamb. Big portions. Very busy place and long lines but worth the wait.

Wonderful memu, food was delious well worth the cost. I had Lamb also had a bowl of soup that was so good that I wanted to lick the bowl.
Went on a weekend it was very crowded, they do not take reservations so get if you have a group.

No effort in taste sloppy food. Bit in to a quarter of tomato in a gyro pita.didn't even properly dice the food

Everything was delicious asper usual. This time I finally ordered the grilled octopus and highly recommend it. We also had the baby ribs that done Greek style are really tasty (I'm not a big fan of anything "barbecue").

Amazing food and experience. Chicken Greek salad, Greek penicillin, eggplant dip, orange cake, baklava cheesecake were all worth ordering! Best Greek food I’ve ever had

The food was delicious! Not inexpensive but certainly worth the price. Get there early on a weekend as the place is always jammed! Fast and friendly Service as well.

This was one of my favorite meals in town. The lamb, salads shrimp and even dessert were sooo good. Casual comfy for families and friends. You’ll leave satisfied.

My boyfriends favorite place to eat when we visit Ft Lauderdale. Long wait sometimes, but worth it.

Came to this restaurant as a recommendation. My husband and I came here for our date night. We enjoyed our meals. The meals were very delicious. We ordered off the house speciality and meats. I got the roasted chicken ladoregano (flavored in lemon juices) and my husband ordered the baby back ribs ladoregano. He enjoyed every bite. To finish we had the Bangladesh cheesecake which was amazingly good.

The only con with this restaurant is that it's very confined space. Literally tables are next to each other and have no comfort personal space (you can hear everything from the next table) or walking space. It was a challenge to get up to go to the restroom and to come back to my table because I have to squeeze in between chairs.

Totally overrated. Had breast of chicken dish which was very bland and boring. Some servers appeared not to be happy working there. Not sure if I will be back.

I used to live off the beach one block away and visit this spot after a good workout.

Now, Every time I visit Fort Lauderdale I stop by this spot right off of the beach. The food and the vibe of the restaurant clearly outweighs most of the aura around that section off Oakland Park.

My favorite thing to order: They bake the wings in an amazing light zesty greek seasoning with olive oil, only issue is. I wish they served the wings with Tzatziki or Hot sauce on the side. I got charged $6 for ordering a side of that delicious yogurt dipping.

The bread is prepared fresh and it comes with a homemade hummus spread. All the food is cooked with love and is prepared the same way with an elegant touch.

I find that the main courses are beautifully laid out
but, very $$$ (ex. Small Lamb Chops $30).

Their appetizers are the reason I go (Fresh Calamari / w lemon, Soups, Salads, Baked Wings). Greek Islands Taverna is a great place to go and get an amazing meal and experience.

The food was good except for the piece of hair on the plate I noticed before the waitress walked away.the waitress was forcefully and seamed to be rushing to place a order other than that I've eaten many times before and was allway satisfied. Sin;Mrs Russo
