Had an appointment and the person just told me to cancel as I wanted to explain what I paid for with Groupon he just told me he was not coming and hang up on me, as I try to call back no answer. Not professional at all. You pay for a price and they want to charge you another price. I would not recommend this company.

I purchased 2 groupons for this company. When I called to schedule the MAINTENANCE and repair as described in the groupon, Meir said they don't do maintenance, only repairs. I said I only needed maintenance as described in the groupon and he said, "LOOK LADY, and AC is not a car, you don't need to change the oil all the time" and he would not just do maintenance. I scheduled the second groupon for DRYER vent and AC vent cleaning. When Meir showed up, I asked him if he had someone with him to help move the dryer. Meir said, "LOOK LADY, we don't move nothing" When I asked how he was going to clean the dryer vent without moving the dryer, he said I should have told him before he go there and he would have told me that they don't move nothing and if I didn't like it, I could just cancel the service. Which I did. This company obviously doesn't fulfill their services as stated. DON"T USE THEM

The regular price was 245 on Groupon with a special price for 46.00 for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.the person came here saying he recommend sanitizing the house in which I ended up paying 245.as of today, my light bill has still not went down and I’m still getting a code on my dryer saying the dryer vent needs to be cleaned. I wish I had kept my appointment with sears. I feel like I was ripped off

I bought a service they offered on groupon and called to make an appointment. For some reason, when I was calling it was saying " Welcome to Verizon wireless this phone is no longer in service". Since I had already bought the service I wanted to make sure I couldn't get a hold of company before requesting a refund. I called a total of 4 times and on the 4th time a guy finally picked up.
As soon as he answered the phone, he gave me attitude right away. I informed him I had purchased the service and he asked why I wanted service done and I explained for maintenance. He then asked if I rented or owned the house to which I responded that I rented. He told me I should reach out to landlord bc most times they provide this type of service. I informed him I had already talked to landlord and reaffirm that service was already purchased, and I was simply calling to make an appointment.
He seemed as though he did not want to do the job which brings me the question: WHY OFFER THE SERVICE THEN? You are NOT gonna make me feel as if you are doing me a favor. I was paying for a service and not getting it for free.
Lastly, he said he was going to look at his calendar but asked why I had called 4 times and I didn’t respond because I did not like his tone. He asked me again and I informed him that if he didn’t want to do the service, I could just cancel it and get a refund and he started to say that he didn’t like to me called more than once and I hung up on him.

Very unprofessional, rude and LAZY. Do not hire this company. Groupon was helpful and gave me a full refund. I then proceeded to look at all the reviews on groupon which I should've done sooner. All recent reviews clearly express unsatisfaction with the service.

Called this company for routine maintenance of our AC because the home temp was creeping to 73F during the day. After the maintenance, and 2 expensive upsells, the home now hits 80F during the day. Called the tech who returned only to offer BS, double-speak, and deny any issues. Now after $850 worth of "routine maintenance", I have to call an AC guy to repair whatever this company did. My point as a costumer is, "My AC worked, I called this company to do maintenance and immediately following, now it doesn't work". PERIOD. In my world 1+1=2, regardless of BS, fast-talking, doublespeak.
Save yourself some money, time, and literally some sweat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Meir was so kind and did a great job. We had a little confusion with schedule but as soon as he realized the error he was at my house in 20 minutes. He explained everything that he was doing and recommendations he had. He was fabulous.

Meir was amazing! I cannot say this enough. Not only was he able to complete my original AC needs but also identified reasons why my asthma was worse than usual. He did a complete clean of my vents, checked my Freon, Sanitized my entire home and gave me really great tips on how to maintain my AC. He was friendly and made me feel like he wanted to provide me top notch service. I was so impressed I signed up for their annual contract service. Highly recommend!

I bought two Groupons from this guy, called and made an appointment, and he said he'd be here Thursday between 3-5. We texted him all day Thursday to confirm and he ignored us until 4pm, then claimed we never made an appointment! He was EXTREMELY rude about it, too. Unbelieveably unprofessional. I got my money back through Groupon. NEVER AGAIN!

I’m so thankful I found this company, Green Air Care! They cleaned my vents, and sanitized my whole AC system. The air feels so much better now. It felt so stuffy and the unit wasn’t cooling well enough. They will be my go-to going forward!

After purchasing my first home, the previous owners left the air ducts and vents a mess. The home inspection strongly suggested we get these cleaned professionally and sanitized. I am so glad we hired Green Air Care to do so because Meir was phenomenal! He was very informative and professional. I would recommend to anyone and everyone to hire Green Air Care!

I redeemed a Groupon in June 2020 for ALL IN HOUSE-Dryer vent cleaning, AC checkup & care and drain line cleaning. I was also convinced by the man that came out, into an upcharge of around $200 more (which he told me was a discount and he was saving me money to protect my family) to sterilize because of "suspected (by him) " mold he said because I had not had this service before and the dust that was near my air vents, etc. Mind you I had no idea what to say/do and only wanted to be sure I was doing everything to keep my son safe (The saddest part is that he seemed very nice and I genuinely trusted him. I can't believe he took advantage of that. In November of 2020, a family member came to my home to look at my dryer vent. He was able to clean out up to 14 feet up; I live in a townhouse. The amount of dust and debris that was pulled out was a clear sign that this was NEVER done in June. I tried to call this company back to see if he could resolve this issue and as I was explaining what my concern of the work not being done, I was told he had a lot going on and would call me back. I never received a call back, nor a way to resolve. I have since called a new company to perform the cleaning correctly. This is a huge favor hazard and I dread to think what could have happened from a company who did not care enough to do the work I paid for.
