Take forever to ship and forget to put an address now it's going all the way back to Florida from Texas a week later when I had payed for 3 day shipping. UPDATE: it has been 3 weeks nobody is answering the phone do yourself a favor and don't buy here order #61657

Bought a gas tank and filter. Noticed that they were for smaller Honda engine. Have sent multiple emails and tried calling. BUYER BEWARE!

I was a little concerned at first after checking your reviews.there was a few days delay in shipping but that was postal service fault, parts did arrive and everything was great. I would definitely order more parts from greendade!

Was going to buy parts from them but I've heard from multiple people that the dealings they had with them are less than satisfactory such as numerous people buying parts that were the wrong parts and Greendade offering no remedy offering no replacement parts offering no return and blatantly ignoring the customer's concerns and correspondence. Extremely cheap products. Bolts do not tighten into base of spindle. If you attempt to tighten it will strip the threads. The bearings on spindle are also terrible. 1 spindle failed after just a few hours of use. No one will respond to my calls or emails.

We ordered a part from Green Dade Outdoor. When the package wasn't delivered on time US Postal Service blamed Green Dade when in fact the package was lost in transit by them. After contacting G. D. O.they immediately sent a replacement part at no charge, which got here quickly. The package was wet and damaged- USPS's fault but the parts were all there and fits AND works! Thank you Green Dade Outdoor for getting us back in business. It is truly appreciated. USPS could take a lesson from G. D. O!

This company is slow to return emails, no one answers the phone. Returned parts shipment cost me $29 and UPS said 'The Receiver has moved. ' "Save your time, money and aggravation by steering clear of this company. "

Mower deck rebuild kit was missing deck belt and had one spindle totally bent. Contacted support via email and chat bot. They sent replacement parts a day later!

After further review: I got the package in 4 days. Stellar delivery time. Had they emailed me confirmation of the order or confirmation of shipping it would be a 5 star review. Thank you Green Dade Outdoors

When I first saw the very reasonable prices this company has, I thought it might have been a scam. In fact I sent an email to the company before placing my order asking that very question. I received a very polite & prompt response assuring me they are legit. My research shows this company also sells via EBAY with very high (99% or better positive) rating. I think the prices are a little higher via EBAY so I ordered directly from the company. I bought 2 front tires for my zero turn lawnmower. They arrived very quickly. The product seems to be good quality. This outdoor supply company is a hidden gem.

Great prices ships very fast had to drop from 5 stars to 3 because I have sent emails for 2 weeks called everyday for 10 days always a busy signal

If you read the reviews first you will save yourself alot if hassle. We ordered the parts and paid extra, parts never arrived. They don't have any way to reach them. I looked everywhere and the numbers that we found (like 3) no one answered or disconnected. Not sure what circus they are running but there are many choices out there so look around, I wouldn't do business with this place even if they included a bottle of Tylenol for the headache.
I ended up going somewhere else and now I have to call my CC to get refund. They will get you a tracking number but they don't send anything. I even called the USPS and they said a tracking was created but the seller didn't ship. Looked them up online and it looks like its an abandoned building. Bad customer service, sorry it's non existent. Stay away.

Read bad reviews and thought omg but I ordered my parts and two days later received them early and everything and it should have been. Even better the parts I received have grease fittings so a higher end product.happy with the order

Ordered deck parts over a week ago. Label was created but it took 5 days to show that it will be another week and half to get my order. No one would answer my emails. Can’t get a person on the phone. I asked to cancel order then all of a sudden I get I delivery date. I ordered a spindle on Amazon, it’ll be here tomorrow. Worst experience ever

The Search engine on site selected wrong product for my mower. I’ve spent over a month trying to get my product returned.to be fair they sent me the wrong product quickly and efficiently but not responding to my return request even if the answer is “No… it’s not returnable” is unacceptable. It appears they do not have a customer service dept.spent 4 hours trying to get a response out of their live chat… what a joke.will never ever consider doing business with this company again.

Order a 42" deck rebuild Kit for a craftsman mower. Sent me the wrong Spindle Assembly parts. Didn't match the part number or the Picture. Tried to contact them and they are completely unresponsive. Still waiting for a return confirmation. But for how unresponsive they are and the reviews, Pretty sure I just got scammed out of $55.52.

Spend your money with a company that can be trusted. Greendade shipped the wrong parts. I submitted a return request with my receipt. It has been months and no response from them.
