Avoid this location at all costs. The 2 employees couldn’t have cared less about customer service, or the quality of the service provided. On my arrival the Black gentleman said “yeah? ” as I walked up. I explained I had an appointment. He looked at his sheet, asked me to pick out my phone number, and the put out his hand for the keys. That was the extent of the conversation. He seemed more interested in getting back to his own vehicle parked at the end of the row. They definitely didn’t care that the truck bed and cup holders were still dirty. No buffing done for the scratches and surface…because “we don’t have a buffer today. You’ll have to make another appointment”. No call when done. Tried to point out the dirty areas and caked on wax in the crevices. That went no where. $275. What a scam. Still waiting for a phone call or email back. I fully plan to dispute this charge for services not rendered.

Ultimate Wash- exterior and interior was cleaned as expected, nothing above and beyond my expectations of an $80 service. I only rated three stars, because the trunk was not vacuumed though included in the service. The trunk was not in desperate need of a vacuum; however, it was clear the trunk was not even opened.

These guys did an amazing job detailing my Porsche today! Curtis really went above and beyond not to mention his customer service was amazing! I highly recommend and will definitely return!

This is a great place. I was running 20 minutes late due to traffic. Curtis and Jay text me and make sure that I was still coming and that I was OK and at the right location when I got there they were very courteous and respectful. We always take our massive F350 dually with bedcap to the E Orlando location at Target and after the initial shock of how big the truck is, the guys always do a fantastic job. Today, the guys worked fast and completed it early without sacrificing the quality work they always do. Exterior and tires were clean and shiny, interior vacuumed out clean and windows clear. They were courteous and professional too. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!
