Don't ever do business with this company i repeat NEVER! THIS IS A SCAM. They make promises they can't keep. They make it sound like a fairy tale but at the end IT'S A NIGHTMARE. They don't produce and when you ask for results, they refuse to give you any reasonable arguments. WORSE COMPANY EVER. TOO BAD I HAD TOO GIVE ONE STAR BECAUSE HONESTLY THEY NOT EVEN WORTH IT.

They did an excellent job! I just had them install hurricane windows and door and they were professional's all the way. Dominique, Moran and Ms. Wilson were perfect in making sure everything ran smoothly and that I was satisfied. The installers as well were exceptional.

I am satisfied with Green Solution and their services. I had numerous work to be done to my home, and the company was able to complete all of my requests, especially in time for the hurricane and rainy season. They completed all work as scheduled and did a great job!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The only reason I gave one star is because it’s required to write a review. I have received the worse customer service in my life from this company. The installers seemed as if they were random people off the street. They did not speak English, so it was hard to communicate with them. They did a rushed and half done job. The front door I ordered wasn’t the one installed, and the windows in the master bathroom were clear as day. The master bathroom faces the front of the house, so anyone walking by can see everything that’s going on within the bathroom. They broke many items in my home, left dust everywhere and did not clean after themselves. They failed inspection 3 times. But the most troubling about my experience with this company is that the owner of the company was very rude and unprofessional. He has harassed my family members and I trying to get in contact with another customer. Then after they failed inspection he harassed my daughter say” they pat inspection and want to get paid” when this is untrue. He says things like he didn’t call to play games where is his money etc.just terrible all around. I WOULD NOT recommend this company. After the initial paper work was done until my last communication the interaction I had with this company was utterly shocking and disappointing.

The service was wonderful. Meir and Donnie are absolutely awesome and will contact them again for any future renovations. I truly recommend this company. Ask them to send Donnie and Meir, the most honest people that I ever met.

Dominic was great, he was there to answer me every step of the way. I can enjoy my home now with all new windows and doors, would highly recommend to a friend!

The installation started June 27. It is November 16 now. Iris in the office has been responsive. The workers worked hard. The project supervisor, Roger Galvis has been horrible to deal with. Screen doors are not up as well as a second floor window screen. The stripping on the panoramic window and several other windows were not put up. The wood stripping by the rear door was broken on June 27. He still has not replaced it. He ran into my mailbox, knocking it off the post. Many times we waited for him to show and not so much as a call. On Monday of this week he said he would come by Thursday or Friday am and finish it all. He of course didn’t call to say which day and I sent a text Thursday night. On Friday am I sent a text and then called- no answer. He finally called back about 3 hours later, with another excuse, and said he’d make it in the afternoon. No show, again, and did not respond to a text. Apparently he knows enough to know that a text documentments his failures. 5 months, ridiculous. Again, Iris and the workers seemed to work hard and be responsive. Roger Galvis was good at not following through, and repeatedly broke his word. Still waiting.

May 9,2016. Xavier and another gentleman came, spent the day, and made it right. He was professional and courteous! The company came through in the end. Xavier brought them up to a 5. He was that good.

Dominic took care of all the details and got my a/c installed in a matter of days with no hassle.the installers were prompt, professional and left no trace. And thank you for helping me with getting this done with the YGRENE payment plan.
