This family business is great to work with: 1) because the work is great, fees are reasonable 2) communication and scheduling are excellent. It's hard to find a company that does it all right, but this is that company.

Jim unstuck one of my sprinklers, adjusted all of them and replaced main valve that caused all sprinklers to "weep".

We had had another contractor work on our irrigation system for a few years, but after the third time our sprinkler pump ruptured, I looked and found Green-Up Plus online and called. Angie was extremely understanding and helpful. She worked us into their schedule that day even though they were completely booked. Fortunately for us, they had a small window open up and Jim and his son came and were able to temporarily fix the problem. They explained the issues that were causing the problem and also other problems with the system that had caused several large brown spots to appear on our lawn. Angie then got us on their schedule for the needed repairs. They came, as promised, on time, completed the repairs and tested the system. Their fee was more than fair for the service rendered. Our sprinklers have never worked better, and our lawn has never looked better! They are a pleasure to work with! They are courteous, professional, efficient and competent.

Jim came out and was able to diagnose the issue with our sprinkler system and repair the issue quickly. He arrived on time. Had the materials needed. Repaired the problem and was explained everything to me along the way. It was a huge relief to have the water flowing again to the yard. I would HIGHLY recommend them. He even had me water the yard for a few days to make sure it was working correctly before billing me. I couldn't have asked for a nicer more down to Earth person to work with.

I had three other companies come out to look at my sprinkler system over the past year with little success in resolving my issue (2 of my 5 zones was not getting any pressure and thus the heads did not engage to water my yard in those areas). One company's tech had no idea what the issue was. The second replaced all the valves which did not improve the my situation. The third company told me I had an issue with my well and would need a new one. I had all but given up. I called Jim's Green-Up Plus Irrigation to fix some of the remaining heads that still worked and he checked the two zones for me and found that the problem and resolved it. Now all five zones are working and he only charged me a fraction of what the other companies did who could not resolve my problem. Jim is very knowledgeable, very professional and best of all, very friendly. I highly recommend his company.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - We called this company to do a repair on an irrigation line that was causing damage to the exterior of one of our model homes; this was the third company that we called out, the other's charged us for repair but didn't actually fix the issue so we were skeptical at first. They were prompt, fixed the issue and followed up to ensure that it was in fact corrected to our satisfaction. From start to finish this company was superb, we will be using them going forward.

Update, 3/23/2022. It's been over 2 years since We started with Jim at Green-Up. He "eyeballs" our system weekly since he also maintains the HOA common area. He continues to be responsive, thorough and highly skilled.

We had just moved in a year ago so when we needed irrigation work we proceeded cautiously. We had no prior experience with Jimmy. Over the past 12 months he has been thorough and responsive. He is someone we can depend on for an honest opinion with options for us to pick from. We value his opinion and would recommend him and his work without hesitation.

We thought we had a leak in our irrigation system due to very high water bills (system is on city water). I called this morning after reading reviews and I am so glad that I did! Professional from start to finish! We had no idea who to contact when our irrigation timer stopped working. I read the reviews (all excellent!) for Green-Up Plus and decided to call them. I left a detailed message and received a return call within 15 minutes. Angie was personable and accommodating and we scheduled a repair date and time. Jim arrived 10 minutes early, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He had our old timer replaced with a new and improved model within the hour. After another company came out twice and said they could not find the leak in our system, they referred me to Green Up Plus. They showed up right on time, found the leak and charged a very fair price. I've used a few irrigation contractors in the past and none have been as professional as Green-Up Plus!

They repaired our irrigation system and took the time to teach us how to use and program it. What's more, they were kind, personable, and very pleasant. I highly recommend this local, family-owned business.

I tried a few sprinkler repair companies and Green Up Plus was the best. Jim fixed my FIMCO indexing valve in 15 minutes and charged me less than the initial estimate. He also answered all my questions, his knowledge is the key. I'll definitely call him again if I need anything related to my sprinkler system.
