I have had so many issues with these people I don’t know where to start. 1.they quote low then raise After packing. They charge for footboard and headboard separately I guess that’s not included when you say you have a bed. They lie and say you didn’t tell them all you have. They unpack your things from the truck hence most of my things stolen. The people they contract long distance move to will try to extort you. They stole my industrial carpet cleaner. Claims never answer phone or voicemail. They stop replying to emails once they get your money USE ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE PEOPLE! First they quote you a low price then wait until all your items are in the truck to raise the price by pretending that you didn’t tell them about everything being mover. I gave then the exact amount of items. Then they tried to say a footboard and headboard is not included when I told them I had a bed so that was extra. I was not aware that after they pack they take the truck back to their wear house and unpack everything without you there to see what they are doing with your belongings. So when I did my out of state move half my stuff came the agreed date, quarter of the remaining stuff came letter the other quarter is nowhere to be found. I had a large industrial carpet cleaner that is missing, and a few boxes. When I emailed the guy I originally spoke to about all the items i had and why didn’t he tell me about the headboard and footboard he didn’t even respond, mind you he replied within the hour before they took my money now nothing. They contract to some thieves, they first guy that came to unpack my truck tried to extort me out of $300 more, only to find out he wanted that as a tip. Had I not put my foot down after he wasted an hour threatening that I wouldn’t get my stuff I would be out $300. They also broke my dresser and I have yet to receive a reply from their claims team. They are dishonest and don’t know how to do business. Refund my machine & dresser.

I locked myself out of my house during the recent rains. The original reason I chose them was for the best Copy key service was perfect but a faster response time. They are very competitive price-wise charged me only 80$. If I ever find myself in a james again they’ll be the first ones I’d call.

My experience with green Van lines has been exceptional. I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasure it has been having them as my moving company from fort Lauderdale Florida all the way to Charleston South Carolina. Scheduling as move date with Ian was so easy I moved in September. They came in a timely fashion, packed up the truck, quickly and efficiently and neatly. My things were stored for 6 months and returned to me yesterday in the exact same condition. Scheduling my return date with Eli was a be pleasure. So accommodating and understanding. Mike the mover was so amazing. Such a professional mover and everything was done quickly again. If anyone is looking for a great moving company, this would be the one that you want to hire! 5 Star company!
