Greenburg on San Pablo and Beach blvd is my dentist. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They will work with you and also they finance if you have a balance left to pay on major work. THE DENTIST and Hygenist are awesome. The office staff is very helpful. This dentist office makes you feel Welcomed, not hurried and all about money! Thank you Greenburg Dental!

My husband had a lot of work done at the office in Atlantic Beach we paid a lot of money it took time for them to get this done they kept putting off things finally he got his partials in after he got his partials anymore them for about two weeks his tooth chipped now it’s gonna take about another two weeks to get them in again every time I call the office maybe two or three days later I may receive a phone callBack I think we have been done kind of poorly now they’re saying that he can’t go back in for another week but his teeth are there in the office I don’t think we’re being ungrateful he works in the public and in my book this is not good thank you for your help Irene Rasmussen

Today was my first appt with Dr Greenberg. He was professional, personable and honest! He educated me on a few things too. His front office staff were polite and welcoming. His assistant was kind and patient. His hygienist was very thorough, friendly and offered valuable advice. The whole experience was great and I look forward to my next appt!

My Son Had A follow up Appointment after a year long struggle to get in with COVID hitting. My son Had double Root canal done last year we ordered Temp crowns my son finally got to make an appointment go into the office had to pay over $700 at check in only to find out when he got back to see the Dentist and after numbing him and taking additional x-rays that the Dentist who did the root canals messed up big time my son has infection in his teeth, he has to see a specialist and was told the Dentist who did the dental work was not properly Trained and trained out of the country. No actual work was performed they are refusing to refund my son his money. Will not be returning. Very disappointed.

I waited over 2 hours as a new patient for a 10 minute cleaning. The staff there has no concept of time and every time I asked when I was going to be seen they would say “you’re next” or “10-15 minutes”. 2 hours later and constantly asking the staff when I’m going to be seen, I was finally seen by Dr. Greenberg to get my teeth cleaned for 10 minutes. I’ve gotten my teeth cleaned many times and am aware of the cleaning process. I truly don’t think that Dr. Greenberg properly cleaned my teeth. He simply used the water device to clean in between my teeth and gave me mouthwash. Thank you for wasting my time and for giving me the worst cleaning ever.

Horrible just horrible I had an appointment this morning at 10 a.m. And they notified me at 10: 15 that there was a mix-up and that the doctor was not there. I rescheduled for 3 p.m. Same day I left at 3: 35 p.m. Disgusted that the doctor was still going to be 20 minutes until he saw me. This is just horrible I mean horrible terrible customer service. I asked the front attended person to have the doctor call me, do you think they did? No they did not. The front reception person was rude and not helpful and combative.

Greenberg is a last resort dentistry, it’s sad to say as Dr. Greenberg himself is amazing and knowledgeable and took great care of us (Brother and I). As well as the hygienist. Outside of them the rest of the staff seemed to be too preoccupied with drama between coworkers and sibling locations. They continually gossiped about other workers and argued over whether or not the radioactive protection should be placed on us for x-rays. This is most disturbing as we were going in for simple routine cleaning scheduled for a 12 and 12: 30 pm. We were not brought to the back until 1: 00 pm and were not finished until 2: 15pm. 2 1/2 hours for a routine cleaning is simply unacceptable. We will be finding a new Dentist after this visit.

Everyone there is very nice.however they never seem to have the staff to actually get an appointment.
The dentists are always out on maternity leave and they hardly seem to have a hygienist to work on adult teeth.

Great office! Very patient and kind! Made my little 3 year old princess feel very proud of herself and also let her help with the cleaning as she was scared. But a great office staff very nice and professional office is clean during this pandemic. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist office for their children.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I've never been the easiest dental patient, but they made my visit good.

Dr. Greenberg is always very nice, straightforward and honest. His staff at the San Pablo office is friendly and helpful.

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and was told to come at 8am on 11/25. Then received a call that no doctor is available at 8am so rescheduled for 11/12 at 9. When I got there it was only for a exam and not a cleaning. Why not the same appointment I originally had? Rescheduled for 12/8. Then received a text saying my appointment was at 9am on 11/25? Called the office twice. Was asked to leave a message. I did twice asking for confirmation and call back. Never got either. Showed up this morning and office was closed. Doctor had an emergency but no one bothered to notify me. Not sure if the appointment I have scheduled on the 8th is good or not. Worst experience of a dental office I have ever had.

Made a 3: 00 appointment for exam/cleaning and 90 min later still here waiting for the cleaning. After today, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The dentists are good here. Dr. Stephanie is great with kids. The office staff is horrible. Two years ago I came to an appointment with text message confirmation for my kids. It turned out that the dentist quit but I was not given a call or text to state that the appointment was cancelled. I came back because the new dentist Stephanie at that time opened up the office and saw us the next morning on her own time. Today we're had three appointments. We got a text message saying to even confirm we were coming. We got there to find the does locked. No one in sight. No call. No email. No text. Not even a sign in the door. No message when you you call. Nothing.

I love Dr. Greenberg, he is an excellent dentist. Rachel is my hygienist and she is wonderful and they are both very proficient. However, there is a rude lady with a shaved head that works there, is her name Dawn? If it wasn’t for Dr. Greenberg being so great I wouldn’t come back because she is the worst.

And the staff was rude to my kids if they don’t like dealing with children they shouldn’t be working there.

Dr. Jason Lee's team is absolutely awesome. The entire staff was great. Very professional. Very concerned and compassionate. No waiting for my appointment and they explained everything about my procedure to me without being in a hurry. I had 3 teeth pulled out with no problems. Today was my 2nd extraction experience with Dr. Lee. He is the best oral surgeon ever!
