Very unprofessional! Not compassionate about what they do and they do
not comfort your children in the event they are scared! Front desk was so rude. Took me forever to get checked in because the front desk lady was to busy talking bad about other staff members in the hallways not realizing there people could hear.

I am very happy with Greenberg Dental. I feel that I get the best in dental care and I especially appreciate the consideration, kindness and professionalism of my periodontist Dr. Bardsley and his staff, especially Kathleen and Able.

Should be called doctor malpractice. They rescheduled me 3 times then I drove an hour for my child's appointment to be told that dr. Malpractice is sick when I arrived. The 5th attempt they changed the price by 500 dollars cause they made a clerical error and REFUSED
To honor the quote they gave me. They said nothing changed with my insurance or there fees but they will NOT HONOR THE DOCUMENTED QUOTE THAT I HAD ON ME cause of there incompetence. This is the one on bee ridge that has DR. MALPRACTICE is at. And if you had any work done by this doctor I would suggest that you have it looked at by another dentist office to fix there mistakes by Dr. Malpractice

Not sure why they give you a 9am appointment when the dental staff comes in late at 910-915am and they don't see you for another 10 minutes.
Also once I got in the room the materials that were needed weren't there so she had to go and get them leaving the room 3 times.
Then it was the bums rush to get the work done never had such a rushed experience no time to even swish and spit.

Everyone was helpful & kind. Dr. Roque went above & beyond to help me with a tooth that needed immediate attention. He was thorough & did a great job. Thank you so much!

This was my sons first dentist appointment and they were very patient with him. They did not push him into anything that made him very uncomfortable or upset. Overall it was a good visit, much better than I expected. They were great!

I can't get them to call me back to make an appointment. I have been leaving messages since March of 2020. I get we are in a pandemic so I gave them a break and now have left them 3 messages in the past 30 days. Still no call back. We are existing patients.

Clean but maintenance employee did not wear a mask.
Doctor exam was minimal, hardly looked in my mouth, did not use any instruments to probe, would not comment on the current status of my oral health but commented on the horrible possibilities of tooth fractures/cracks.
Hygienist walked me to a room then without a word, left for 30 minutes, I asked if everything was ok and she said she was eating cake.
Cleaning was minimal. No plaque scraping etc and light brushing.
I would not recommend or go back.

So rude and no consideration for your time. Literally will tell you after waiting for 40 minutes "Don't you see we're busy"

Don’t allow you to schedule the next cleaning at the time of your visit and don’t answer the phone or return messages when you call. Not even for emergencies/pain. Hygienist was low key hostile. Hygienist was not kid friendly. Toothpaste was slathered on front and back of teeth with gloved hand before brushing. Unpleasant, rough, gagging. Scaling happened by dentist after cleaning and fluoride. Other patients in same room with partially divided wall with patient medical/dental history being discussed. Unorganized and can’t read their own records correctly. The dentist herself is kid friendly. Comments do not apply to the dentist, but to the practice and hygienist. They do offer multiple services in one practice. It’s difficult to have limited dental providers with the kids’ insurance. For this reason, I will likely take them back. Wishing there were better options covered by insurance. Advocate for your kids during the appointment.

Outstanding service! The staff are friendly! The place was very clean and organized! Dr Roque was very professional and very helpful with my questions and concerns. I’ll always come to this place for work for now on.

1st appointment for my wife and son was good. The cleaning went well. They were told they needed another appointment to be seen by the Dentist. (this is a new one to me) Appointment was made for a day when there was no school. The day before we get a reminder text for the appointment. We get there early and the place is dark. We wait for about an hour incase there was a late start for some reason. Still no one in the office. We call the office and no one was there. Called another office and they told us that the office was closed that day. I got the number to the main office and left a message. Got a call back about a week later. We scheduled another appointment 3 months out. This time we had to call to cancel the appointment two days prior, and to reschedule. The reception took the call and then quickly hung up on me prior to offering for a reschedule date and time. Called back and continue to get a message that they are busy and to try calling back. Well today my wife broke a tooth.the office is closed on fridays. We called the emergency number and was told they would pass the information on to the on call doctor. That was before 11am. It is now 4pm and no call. I called the service at 2: 30 asking for an update to be told they will pass the information on to the doctor again. I am easy going and understanding, but this practice in Sarasota, FL off of Bee Ridge is about the worst for customer relations. Will be calling the Cooperate office on Monday, hope it is a better experience than the office.

Not very happy with this dentist office. I had a terrible experience at the Bradenton one, they stole $160 dollars for work that they never did, and now this office scheduled my daughters alt three months after her X-rays for cavities and never even called to remind us of the apt three months later or called afterwards to reschedule when we missed it because it was spring break and kids we’re out of school.

Doctors are very nice and to good work however the scheduling staff is horrendous, you can only book a treatment appointment through one person who never returns messages and it takes months of calling to get the appointment.

Waiting time is kind of long so be prepared to wait. However it’s worth it, Dr. Lee is so great with my kids. She is patient and gets the job done. We really like her

DOCTOR Jose Roque, very professional, great guy, the woman, don't know her name who did my cleaning was awesome, but i have to say the worst worst worst ppl working at desk, i left 3 messages to make a cleaning appt, no one got back to me, very rarely does anyone answer the phone, and the 2 times someone pick up, (an african american young lady), she immediately put me on hold for over 25 minutes, then i heard the phone being picked up and hung up -i could never recommend these great professionals (dentist and hygienist) because of this horribly run staff, boss needs to know what's going on, must be losing alot of business

My wife and child got there at 8am for their appointment. The office opens at 8, they were the first ones in the door.

It takes an hour for them to be called. Meanwhile other families were coming in after them and getting called for their appointments first.

No explanation from reception as to why it took an hour, no apologies for the wait.

I just can't figure out when you're the first appointment of the day how it takes this long to be called. I'd love to hear an explanation.

I had an appointment for 12 o’clock. Got there on time was told to fill out the forms outside. Went to my car filled out the forms went back inside and she told me to wait outside until she called me. It was 82° out. We then left. An hour later she called and said we can come inside now. I told her we were home and no thank you ever again.

I wanted until I could no longer take the pain from a toothache? ! I called Dr. Greenberg‘s office and I was able to come in right away. After arriving, staff was very nice and understanding to my situation. Also, the dentist was extremely nice and set up a surgical removal of my tooth with another office for same-day-service.
I really felt like he was sympathetic for my situation and provide me with the best option available!

I would highly recommend this dentist. Truly, I was not expecting to receive the kind of care he delivered. Very glad I chose to call Greenberg Dental? !
