I had an old cavity crack down to the root. I was in severe pain. For $140 the dental ER told me it was too complicated and would cost me a lot more to fix it with them. After wasting that day, I was so lucky to be able to get an appointment with Greenberg Dental the next day. And while it was a complicated tooth they fixed it with no issues. I had a root canal and came back a few weeks later for my crown. Quick. Easy. And payment arrangements. Literally the best dental experience I’ve ever had!

Feeling minty fresh after my visit! Front staff was friendly and was able to get in and do my work same day as a new patient. Dr. Avila was took great care with my teeth.

I love every one here. The front staff are great, and a special shout out to Lissette-she's Awesome! Dr Avila and her assistant Elsa are wonderful, and are so encouraging. My entire experience felt like I was with people who genuinely care about me and providing me with excellent dental care, which they succeeded in doing. Thank you so much! I'll be back!

Made an appointment for a cleaning but was told xrays & an exam were required first (new patient) then was told they don’t have time for a cleaning

Not only do they not answer their phone, but I’ve been calling for 2 weeks and leaving messages. Haven’t received a call back. Taking my business elsewhere.

I highly recommend Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics for high quality care! My three children are patients (orthodontics & dental). The doctors and the entire staff are highly professional and very friendly and helpful. My kids and I are treated with respect and as valued patients. We definitely appreciate Greenberg.

This location has great atmosphere with friendly staff! I have seen enormous change in my teeth in just a short amount time. Their work ethic definitely shows! Highly recommended this location over the rest!

I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE because the staff is soooooooooooo unprofessional don't listen to the the other reviews this is the WORST PLACE EVER they said I could get my braces on because im moved to Florida from New Jersey and they had the release form and permission and there new policy said that they can't touch my braces and I made 3 appointments and they said the same thing "We can't touch her without a release form " BUT THEY HAD THE RELEASE FORM and they waisted my time they did this for 4 MONTHS so don't go to this place it is soooooooooooo unprofessional

Took my daughter here who is very timid and has hard time going to the dentist and she left confident and comfortable. Everything was done on same day, the doctor was thorough in explaining everything to me and the assistants were very good and sweet with my daughter. I will be bringing my other children here too.

I recently had some dental work done by the general dentist, Dr. Priya Shah. She was very attentive and open to answering all of my questions. There was full communication of what was going to happen and I felt very involved in my treatment plan. The assistants were also very helpful and caring. I waited less than 10 minutes to be attended to and all paperwork was kept to a minimum. I always schedule over the phone and have never had a problem with the staff not answering phone calls. I was very happy with everyone here and have already scheduled my future appointments with Dr. Priya Shah.

Horrible! My son's first visit there and they take him back and leave me sitting in the waiting area. Ten minutes goes by and out walks my son with the employee (who speaks broken English). She says everything is good, no cavities and no food or drink for 30 minutes and walks away. Leaves us sitting there until I walk up and ask if we're all set. She says yup. Seriously? ! No paperwork. As a Mom, I am appalled that I did not speak to the dentist. The employee told my SON to come back in six months. Unprofessional, horrible service. My son will not be back!

I've had only great experiences at the Greenberg Dental office on Anderson Rd in Tampa. I've seen both the general dentist, Dr. Priya Shah and the Periodontist Dr. Chad Bardsley. Both are very friendly and are always willing to answer questions and help with concerns. The office staff are also very attentive and efficient. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor, which is typically unheard of. Their prices of services are affordable and they explain the cost of everything before any work is done. Rather than doing the work and then charging you for services you never even agreed to like some places do. Another great thing about the doctors and assistants is that they're gentle and caring when it comes to poking around in your mouth. I used to dread the dentist before coming here. I would highly recommend this office. I see negative reviews about the office, but I'm thinking there must have been a different set of staff when these people had their negative experiences. As far as the affordability, I have mid-range dental insurance, nothing fancy, and I have found the out of pocket costs to be affordable compared to other dentists.
