Most of the staff is nice and attentive to needs. Very busy office. Only sees peds on Tuesdays.

Awful! I went today with my 2 kids for cleaning, they went the last May and they made X-ray already, so today I said that I don’t want X-ray because I don’t want to expose every 6 months I am agree 1 a year. But the lady that is on the reception told me that they don’t work without the xray because my insurance requires. I called my insurance and they told me that it’s not true, they don’t said anything like this in the policy. So I come back to the clinic to ask the name of the receptionist that she refused to give me because I want to put a claim to the clinic, first because she lie me.
I have problems in my thyroid so one of the reasons if because to much radiation it’s awful for me so I can understand for my kids too and I said that to the receptionist but she doesn’t care she made me feel that the clinic prefer to ask for money to the insurance that care for the patient.

It would be nice if you could reach a person when you called them OR a way to leave them a message. They're phone recording says" we're having higher than expected call volume".

Excellent care. Looking forward to using Greenberg again for all my dental needs. They were awesome.

I walk in to get help for my 5 yrs old, bc office phone was off not working for a few days they didn’t help had to go by appointment and that was for next week. 5 stuff up front disk to busy on their personal phone didn’t give a f.

Fast, friendly service. The hygienist was very friendly and put me at ease throughout the cleaning.

I had the best experience at the dentist today! My appointment was on time and went great. The Dentist, assistant and especially Ashley the Hygienist gets ️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️she was amazing!

They did wonderful with my son, Had teeth drilled and filled, Very Respectful, Calm and Soft With Him Overall 10/10, Would recommend it. Very nice people. WE LOVE YOU GREENBERG!

I visited the office on Blanding Blvd OP on 11/30/23. I was not a former patient and went in on an emergency basis. Everyone including receptionist was extremely nice. I saw Dr. Adam Tarboush and really liked him and the assistant who took my x-rays. I am definitely going back.

I’m confident that I get good care at this location. Everyone is courteous, friendly, and most importantly, competent.

I am very satisfied with the staff and treatment at Greenburg, I’ve been going there for many years and will continue to go. I do have a serious complaint though, over the thanksgiving holiday, I got an abcessed tooth, so for 5 days I was in horrible pain. Even after being told someone would get back to me after calling your emergency line, no one did. Like I said, it was just awful!

Had a great experience and great customer service, Ashley is the best hygienist I have ever had in my 35 years going to the dentist. She gets 10 stars with me.

Today my appointment was with Dr. Tarboush and a member of his support staff. The wonderful staff.member extended every pleasantry and professional courtesy while prepping for Dr Tarboush. I felt comfortably relaxed. Dr. Tarboush's cheerful entrance added to my relaxation and comfort as he test their fit, which was done with smoothness, precision.and.sensitivity. He listened to my comments on how the dentures felt, and calmly continued with adjustments. My feelings of comfort were noted. His tasks for this initial fitting completed, Dr. Tarboush departed. This opportunity to share my thanks.that this company employs this dentist is appreciated. During my 95 years I have numerous dentists attend to my dental.needs; Dr. Tarboush is much appreciated. Have been going to this location for several years. I am usually pretty pleased with the care.

Dental appointment went great and all the staff were very friendly. But the office is so dirty! The floor looks like it had not been cleaned in months the bottom of the dental chair full of dust. The hall way baseboards gross. The bathroom was even worse behind the toilet was horrible. Overall the staff great five to starship and the office zero stars.

We came in late, staff treated us nicely and gave a great experience. Took us back right away and explained things thoroughly to myself while also speaking to my 11 year old about her procedure with respect to her.
