The staff was nice. But not impressed with Dr. Young the specialist. To fast no explaining of my tooth issue that I had no idea I had an issue. Said I needed to pull my eye tooth. I said give meds. Didn't even know I had an infection. I said not pulling my tooth. Just didn't trust him. Went for a check up. My tooth is fine. So I would of had a space in my teeth until I came up with 4000 for an implant. Never goin there again

Well haven’t even went here yet, but this is the dentist that is assigned to my insurance and I really need to come in. I have a horrible tooth and I’ve called over 10 times (seriously) and no answer or call back considering I’ve left voicemails AND even went online and tried to set a appointment and they have to accept it to even make one. Crazy!

I went into the office I was unable to reach anyone by phone the young lady behind the desk gave me an appointment for 8am July 9,2020. I was there 15 mins before time for new paper work I waited until 8: 20 because I had to get to work once I got here I went to the web site and I see they are closed on Thursday and I am not sure the Dr. Isaza even exist. This was very poor customer service and I think someone should be reaching out to me because I was also unable to reach anyone by phone. This cost me time off of my job, my email is [email protected]

As far as service goes, not terrible and definitely not the greatest. Trying to call ans get someone on the phone is nearly impossible. Thank god my daughters braces are nearly paid off and will be removed in a month. I will not use or recommend this place to anyone seeking any work done due to lack of customer service. Not to mention when we signed up they pulled a switch and the end totals were higher than what they originally told us.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. It may be affordable but it is not worth the risk when dealing with your teeth. I had a root canal done at a different place and went to Greenberg to put my crown on and what was suppose to take 2 weeks for the permanent to come, took almost 4 months. When trying to contact them after the temporary crown fell out around the 3 month mark, it took them 4 days to answer any of my calls. I contacted the emergency hotline twice for them to get a hold of my doctor for an emergency session and even then I still was never called back. You will also wait in the waiting room at least 45 minutes - 1 hour before any appointment with them. Please do not make the mistake on going to this place.

I love the patience and kindness everyone showed here! I took my Daughter here to have her wisdom teeth removed and we received excellent care, and service from moment we enter the office and checked in until the we left!

Every time I go they discover an obscure problem that would go unnoticed by other dentists. Highly recommend Dr. Freeman.

Dr Freeman and his Assistant Mrs Lee are the bomb. They did root canal on my son and we're gentle and kind in every way. Being dad and seeing my little man go this kind of procedure was tough. Thanks for being Great with him.

I stopped by this office to set an appointment because when I called I could not get an whole to anyone and I was told that they didn't accept my insurance but I found out later that they did not only was the service bad but I was also lied too

The staff is very nice and well mannerd they confort you no matter what your dental situation is the advice and experience is very inlightning knowing your in good and proper care

I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because they are open on weekend, but no matter what time an appointment is set, there’s always a wait of 45 minutes to an hour. And when you say something about it or inquire about it, the front desk gives attitude. Then the care that you get while you’re in the chair isn’t even worth the wait.

So frustrated! Ohh the things I'd like to say out of my fury but being devoted to Jesus my one star will have to suffice.

I’ve been to different dentists in my life and I have to say in all honestly Greenburg Dentistry is one of the best places ever. Everyone from the front office to Dr. Miller were exceptional in their care of all my dental needs. I highly recommend Greenburg Dentist to everyone.

Dr. Freeman and assistants are amazing. Very patient and caring, the hands down best dental experience I have had.

My son had and appointment, we showed up 10 minutes before the appointment time. Had to wait 1 hour and 11 minutes after the appointment time. I will be switching dentist this is awful no updates and didn't apologize.

I went there the first time because of gum pain. They did exrays and a exam which cost my insurance 300 bucks. The dentist gave me antibiotics and motrin he set me up another appointment I thought that was to take care of my dental needs but NO it was another exam and exrays just to tell me I have a wisdom teeth coming in which cost my insurance 700 more dollars for 5 minutes of work just to set up another appointment to see a oral surgeon 3 weeks from now I want be back I'll find another dentist

I wish I could give Dr Bryce Gabler a 0 rating. He is very rude and unprofessional. He is charging me for something that is clearly his fault. When I addressed it with Dr Gabler, he became very offensive and began arguing with me. If you don't want to be robbed of your hard earned money stay away from this place.

Was in so much pain and they handled me with care even though it was last minute and they were closing. My doctor made sure I had the best treatment. Thanks Greenberg!

These denist here DO NOT KNOW what they are doing. They will purposely lie to you. I don't care who you go to for your dental needs, but be sure to stay a long ways away from this place.
They are unprofessional and very untruthful!

I was so happy to finally go to the dentist after so many years of pain from cavities. Today, I regret ever getting anything done. My teeth feel worse than before! I got a root canal and several fillings done. My root canal still taste and smells like it's infected like it did before I got the root canal. They did an impression for the crown to go on my root canal, waited 3 weeks for it not to even fit! I had to wait another 3 weeks after letting them make a second impression. My fillings that were done are horribly. I can barely eat anything! Even if it has a little warmth to it, my teeth ache because they have now become oversensitive! I just am going to get my crown today I've waited another 3 weeks and kiss this place goodbye! I wish I could get my money back. Smh
