20After renting from this place for long enough you see it's true colors. They ignore maintenance requests. Leave properties dangerous with hanging fence doors. They will get you for everything they can. I tried to pay rent and it wouldn't let me because my balance was zero. I called them and they told me the steps to make sure it would pay it online. It did not work and then I was stuck paying late for their mistakes. They raise rent by 100+ every year. Rude rude rude. Do not recommend.
When we moved into to one of their rentals, the dryer and fridge had dead roaches. One of the bathrooms had what looked like loose dirt all over the bathtub. The house was truly dirty, so we hired a cleaning company to clean because we were scheduled to move in 3 days or so after we signed the lease. The Landlord supposedly had the house professionally cleaned but it wasn't at all. It took our company 5 hours to clean an empty house, that should've been our first clue. We had plumbing problems several times (the sink, shower, & dishwasher about 9 different occasions) and Greenlee always took care of those things. Now we always paid our rent, in fact most times we paid it early. Now the year that we were there we had 6 service calls for the AC. The last one was the straw that broke the camels back. The lease we signed included all appliances and HVAC. The AC had gone out for 9 DAYS and basically the Landlord didn't want to pay to get it fixed. This was confirmed by the repair guy and Greenlee themselves. It was sweltering. They didn't reduce our rent, offer window units, pay towards a hotel, nothing. Legally they were responsible to fix the AC. The house was truly inhabitable! We could've broken the lease at that point but our house wasn't ready and we had nowhere to go. On top of that the oven broke. The technician told us that the part was on back order. We didn't have a working stove for 3 months. Greenlee never offered to replace it. Again the appliances were included in the lease. The owner never offered to replace it either. Greenlee does business with Landlords who aren't concerned about keeping tenants happy or legally abiding by their contracts. Our lease included lawn maintenance and pool maintenance. In 12 months our lawn was cut about 6 times and the last 7 mos of the lease pool maintenance was laughable. Sometimes the pool guys would come, sometimes they would vacuum, sometimes they would
come and sit on my patio furniture and do nothing! I would stay clear of rentals from Greenlee, they work with Landlords who are shady! We had so many headaches and living in their rental was a nightmare.
Too picky honestly these judgmental folks are the reason we have such high homelessness in Florida even if you want to change your life you can't because they make it too hard to reach reasonable goals. I hope they reep what they sow.
I love their service and attitude. I’ve been very pleased with their work and honesty. Brande is a wonderful property manager and has a wonderful team.
I will recommend this group to anyone. Katie has been more than helpful with our renting process. The staff are friendly and helpful plus get the job done quick. There wasn't anything that was not straight forward to the point. They have a cute sign in the office that reads "everything is figureoutable" and I truly believe that's how they make you feel. Thanks so much!

The lack of follow through with this company was unfortunate. Simple maintenance Issues were ignored and caused great inconvenience in the last 2 months of our rental agreement. Paid every month on time religiously without being late. And still we're met with unfortunate inconsistencies and follow through with this company. In fact the only consistent thing with this company was the emails sent as reminders of payment. Meanst while I had to suffer with an unmaintenance pool for 2 and a 1/2 months the last 2 and a 1/2 months of my rental agreement with this company
You can do better. Good tenants are hard to find, keeping them happy should be a priority
They need to take in owners that actually abide by HoA rules. Renting out a home whose owner is delinquent in hoa fees and with dead lawn fees. So much for screening the property owners! Just the way the reply here to bad reviews says everything there is to say about this company owner.
Katie and Samantha are pleasant. They manage the duplex were I live. They respond to maintenance request promptly.

When I bought my property, Greenlee Realty was representing the seller. With that experience, I didn't hesitate to contact them when it was the time to sell the property. It was very on point, knows the market, and has good strategies.
I was lucky enough to use Greenlee Realty for the purchase of a condo located in Orlando. Brande and Kirstin helped me find the perfect condo in the perfect location. My lender and HOA was certainly not helpful in the process. Brande and Kirstin assisted me tremendously spending hours researching information required by the lender that the HOA would not provide. Without their dedication and commitment to me, I would not have been able to close on time. I appreciate their professionalism and dedication to their clients. I will use Greenlee Realty for any future purchases or sales.

I have been renting for 3 years (same house). Just signed another 2 years. Can’t say anything negative about the Management. My Maintenance request have been responded to and addressed VERY quickly. When/if we move I would use this group again if possible.
I have been working with them for years. They have always been very good at communication and helpful at getting things fixed quickly. As a landlord I have been very thankful to have them help me get people in and work between us to keep us all happy.
Spoke with Lisa regarding, regarding current tenant issue Lisa was rude and totally reluctant to share any information. It appears the goal of this management company is $$$$ with no soft skill or to aid a potential client. Stay away too many good property management companies to choose from.
They work with foreign investors that scam us out our of our security deposits, and then when you try and get help from them they play dumb. I changed it from one star to two because Greenlee was good to me before I tried to get my money back.
