Worst sign up procedure ever. I will never get that time back. Do not bother with them if you can help it.

Yo enter my birthday, I literally had to select each year. It would not allow me to just enter a date.

I did not receive the security code until after it expired and then it wanted me to go through the process again! Unbelievable.

For years now the Patient Portal is an arduous task watching the circle of death while navigating the page. I managed to read my emails and get in 3 games of FreeCell until the page opened up. How is it in todays world your software tech is slower than dial up?

Greenway Health took over Mediadent software (a dental software). Afterwards we experienced limited support which got worse overtime. We were then coerce into transitioning to their cloud. Thus, we signed their contract three years ago to merge our data to their cloud based. The process never occurred as the company couldn't convert the data. Rather than releasing us from the contract, they continued to charge my credit card from October 2020 to present. This is a monthly $700 plus charge for the three year period with no usage or support of the cloud base. We had to resort to CareStack software which proved it to be the right decision. The lost money to Greenway is painful, but has been satisfied by working with a more reputable, deserving company that took our practice performance to great heights. I'm not one to write reviews but I think this story ought to be told.

This software does not allow you to change your user name. If you use this software, you are STUCK FOR LIFE with the user name you start with. So if you marry, divorce, change genders etc, you CANNOT change your user name. I need to change my user name because my legal name has changed and I do not want to be affiliated with my previous name. This company is not customer centric and isn't showing respect for people because they lock them into a user name for life. I am now on a quest to find a medical provider who does not use Greenway Health as their EMR portal.

I am very savvy with computers, yet I find Greenway's Patient Portal login impossible to work with. It has so many bugs that is can cause emotional harm to the user.

Atrocious! Trying for 3 days to get my records on their portal. Nobody answers their tel#. Nobody returns calls. Following their directions to access password change is a circle of futility. It does not work! Somebody needs to get in this company for lack of customer service, inability to access records, and inability to meet professional protocol. Avoid this company if you can. I’m stuck and my doctor’s office is no help either. They say contact tech support. Tech support tells me to contact doctor office.
Exasperating, terrible customer service! Would give a zero if that were possible.
