I purchased my first car with Ny’kai yesterday and was insanely impressed! The process was surprisingly fast and they worked with me on all ends to make our deal work! Ny’kai knew exactly what he was doing and was an amazing help to us with our trade in and purchase of vehicle.

Great customer service in the service department. The cleanest and friendliest Kia dealership in Jacksonville. Will definitely stick with this dealership for my Sorento.

Came here for a recall service (software update). Q was very helpful. Very prompt service, everything went smoothly.

After 4 hours of waiting here is my experience at this dealership.
1. The trade-in value they provided was 3k lower than KBB, which they claim they match. After arguing this, they adjusted the trade-in value 2. The OWNER, which from a customer point of view, should greet his customers when they come in, especially if the dealer has been opened for a couple of months only. However, the owner at this dealership was sitting behind his computer, punching-in his sales numbers, not giving his attention to us not even once (keep in mind the dealership is empty, almost at all times). 3. They didn't value their ADVERTISED lease deals they have online on their website. While the sales person provided us an estimated monthly payment for the lease, the finance department doubled this payment. The reason for that was, we don't have a tier 1 credit. Keep in mind, the reason ANYONE would shop at Kia, is because they don't have a tier 1 credit. Thus, the reflected payment on a tier 2 credit was double of what was advertised in the online ad.

Andrew was very helpful in helping me and my family with getting my first car it was a cool relaxed experience throughout.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! The WORST experience I have ever had! Talked to the salesman for two days about a car they had available letting him know we are over 2 hours away! They knew when we were coming and continued to assure us the car was there before we came. Got there and the man made us sit there for an hour “so they could have paper copies” we kept asking to see the car and he kept telling us ok one moment, a hour later the man came back and told us they sold the car last night when last night he said it was there and the morning of he assured us the car was there! So over two hours there just to be lied to in our face! They did not seem to care about it at all I would not recommend these people are crooks!

Was looking for a Kia Soul. They had me test drive one they wanted 9K for and tried to pressure me to get that one. They didn't show me any cheaper on the low. When I got home I looked into the number they had and there were 4 in stock.

It was an amazing experience and they work they comfort you through every step of the way!
