Purchased my KIA Sedona in 1996. I have always had the car serviced here. My only negative was for my 90K service. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment. When I purchased my car, there were only a few KIA's on the road; now they are everywhere. Obviously a credit KIA's value. Now they need more service capacity.

Carlos delivers on his promise. Service was completed when promised. I always wait for Carlos when my service comes due. He is efficient, professional and friendly.

Went in to ask about a warranty. It was ok, but felt judged because I was looking into a kia from somewhere else.

Biiiiiig red flag!

They have no customer service tolerance and dont care about customer needs just about selling. I went in with my brother, I explained my credit was not good so my husban would be joining the deal to help he does have good credit. They did 7 backround checks on my husband and I and then wanted to give me and extremely high price. Even after I told them I wanted to stop doing backround checks because it was affecting our credit score they continued all the way to 11 times and then had no sensibility in explaining why. The manager was rude and didnt really offer any solutions or options. They treated me the whole time as if I wasnt worth a good deal. I am a manager in the leasing area myself and know this is not right. I GOT VERY aggravated as I was a saleperson in a dealership myself for 5 years and I know this is not the correct way to do things, and today I got a reach out back from the sales person and he told me that he convinced his manager to work with me because they couldnt deal with a dissatisfied customer. To which I said I am no longer interested in working with them. If you dont want to have a bad experience buying a car stay away from this dealeship. The manager needs to spent more time training his salespeople and get training himself. I get it you get commission but you wont sell if you dont make a good relationship with customers. If I can give them a minus 1stars I would. Terrible experience! Went to a diferent Kia and the experience was beyond better. Kia needs to really look into this dealership.

Honestly, I’m really dissatisfied and ultimately disappointed in the service I have received here at KIA East. I set an appointment for my 2018 KIA stinger to check in the AC unit. Unfortunately, after a “diagnosis” by the Tech it was told to me that the evaporator has a leak. The way this was determined was due to a dye running thought the system applied along with a recharge of the systems Freon. Now I find this to be odd considering the location of this leak would need to have been seen since it uses a dye yet the malfunctioning part is located by behind my dashboard. Secondly both the advisor and tech stated “that is where the leak is and the recharge could last a few days or months just depending on the severity. Within a few hours my AC was done blowing cold again. I feel like the prognosis is possibly misleading at this point. Mind you there is no smell in the cabin which is typical for a Freon leak in the cabin. Now the real kick for me here is that if I bring my car in I expect it to be put back exactly the way it came especially coming directly to a manufacturer dealer. Of course without fail human error occurs and the cover to my low pressure valve where this “dye” (not a single bit of residue) and recharge occur is not put back. Ok I call within 24 hours to resolve this small missing piece. I’m told by a receptionist that she will contact my SA- Matt and the management to resolve. Days go by nothing. I swing by the store to buy the need part for repair and see Matt in person. He assured me he will contact me by EOD. It’s now 4 days later and nothing. At this point I feel like I have been more that patient around this clearly unprofessional environment. Why the hell would anyone spend upward of 200 an hour on labor from a tech team that’s seems to be incompetent from the front to back of house. I hope this dealership starts setting better standards for its service department as I feel like my issues wasn’t even a large one and yet it goes by unresolved. I can only imagine a larger ordeal.

The service advisor was pleasant, but I am unhappy because my car was diagnosed as emissions problem. I paid $ 2,700 for the repair, 3 months later the engine light was still coming on and I took it back to the dealer this time they said it was the catalyst converter, and that would take $3,500 to repair. I paid the first amount but refused to pay the other two amount and still have the same problem.

I went for my first service since it is a new car, when they sold it to me they told me that the service was free and my surprise was that they charged me for it and I told them when I bought the car they offered me other things, for example the free service, changing tires, among others and their response was not very satisfactory

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation and door handle repair, to find out that the service contract I purchased with this vehicle expired 6 days prior to my service! All they said was sorry can’t help you! This after I purchased 4 vehicles from this dealer! One thing is for sure won’t be going back to them!
