Unfortunately my visit for a recall was unsatisfactory. I had an appointment, checked my car in and after 1 hour of waiting was told the part was not in stock and I would be called when the part came in. I should have been told that when the appointment was confirmed or at least when I arrived. But instead, I have had 2 people contacting me for a review about the service I received. GREENWAY get your act together!

Frank is the best! My service was very quick. I was in and out in no time! He kept me updated on the whole process of everything so I knew what was going on with the status of my vehicle. He listened to all my concerns and managed to get it done for me. I suggest everyone go in and ask for him if you can! He’s the best! Even had my vehicle detailed and washed!

Just wanted to thank Mike Ortiz and Ricardo for all their help on the purchase of our new vehicle. Great guys, extremely helpful and very friendly. Super impressed with how fast and efficient the process was.

Just a heads up, do not use their service center unless you have SEVERAL hours to wait around with zero communication. Appointments are absolutely useless. Literally needed 2 pictures taken to be sent in for warranty approval, they wouldn't allow us to take them ourselves. TWO pictures. TWO. SEVERAL HOURS LATER.with an appointment.waiting area is standing room only. Is everyone here new? Or do you just hate efficieny?

Courtney was great to work with. Took pictures of my car before service and complimentary car wash is always amazing. My only issue was there was some bits of the paper cover left in the car. But the service has been great.

Christopher was my service rep and he was absolutely great and professional He was very attentive, made sure to keep me informed about the status of my car, and gave it back to me on time. The overall customer experience was great.

Congratulations Kia Greenway North! I have lived in Florida, Texas, Oregon, Utah, Missouri, and Indiana and you BY FAR win the worst service. Hands down. And thumbs down. What an incredible feat. *slow claps. I feel like some major signage needs to be added around the office and outside building "WE'RE THE WORST! ", "WE HATE OUR JOBS! " and "0% EFFICIENCY! " Maybe also a DIY bulletin board counter that shows "Happy customers served: _0_" I can send some Pinterest ideas for that one. Congratulations again. Sincerely, Everyone.

The service department here is always super accommodating and they make the process really easy. I’m able to drop my car off, get a shuttle to work, and even pick me up! They never try to add any unnecessary extras

When I tell you I am absolutely disappointed in my experience with this dealership I definitely don't recommend this particular location. I was so excited but ended up dreading the whole experience if I could give no stars I would. I was played with and treated like a nobody by FATI BRINIS the finance manager he is very arrogant and rude. I don't appreciate being lied to and given the run around steer clear away from this location. They put me in a serious predicament telling me my car was registered come to find out I've been driving the car with it registered to my previous vehicle and acted like it was my fault or I didn't understand correctly now after my tag is expired and I called the regional office and filed a complaint all of a sudden it was done after 2 months and Fati acted like it was the dmv's fault. I will never set foot in that place again.

Most places try to change for the better, but it seems like the level of service is going down at Kia North. It's a shame that no one seems to care about customer service, but everybody wants a good review. One of my cars has been there for more than a week and no communication from the dealership. I called 3-4 times and the same answer: "call again tomorrow". I went there: " your rep is not here today, so call him on Tuesday to make an appointment. "

If I could give zero stars I would. They made a deal with us as we were trading two cars for one car. They accepted our trade and then told us the banks weren’t getting back to them as it was Sunday which was understandable. We came back Monday morning to sign financial paperwork as everything else was done. After we were assured everything else was complete and ready to sign. They then backed out of the trade on one of the vehicles, without any notice or warning of what was going on. They told us they were just waiting on the bank. Super shady dealership and bait and switch tactics. Terrible dealership and will never buy from a Greenway dealer. Terrible service and terrible departments.

They also ran my credit and my husbands credit 5 times knowing they were going to back out of the deal. Very scumy dealership.

Scheduled appointment for 8am. I arrived a little early and a few people were ahead of me. A few minutes before 8, staff came out of office to greet people in their cars including me. The process was quick and easy. I dropped off car and picked up after 2 hours as promised

I bought a car there this weekend and did some calculations for the payment. I realized I couldn't afford the car, so I tried to return it in the next couple of days and get my down payment back. However, they refused to take the car back, claiming that the banks had already sent the check. I found this odd, so I called the banks, and they informed me that they didn't have any record of my application for the car. They also mentioned that if the dealership received the check, they could cancel the application within 30 days. They advised me to cancel the payment if I didn't want the car and get my money back. I feel like the dealership lied to me and tried to sell me a car that I couldn't afford. This is bad business, especially in this economy.

I wanted add more now.

Never buy a car here. They don't care about people and are very selfish. They will do anything to make a sale. I paid $3200 down on a car but only had it for a couple of days. I made an agreement with a sales manager to let the deal go, but I would lose my $3200. I was okay with that, so I gave them the key to the car. A couple of days later, I received a bill in the mail, but I didn't have the car anymore. I called the bank and spoke to a rude finance manager who claimed he didn't know about it. They have poor communication skills and are very confusing. They are trying to force me to pay a bill on a car that I don't even have with me. I recommend going to any other Kia dealership but this one

Appt was easy to make, car was seen the next morning. Everyone was very courteous. Oil change and tire rotation was performed quickly and I received a call when it was completed. Thank you!

Firstly They oversold me a car by about 2k minimum from what it was priced online vs in the dealership, and then told me my old license was fine and put it on my car to call me two months later and tell me it was invalid and my correct one is there, so I’d been driving around for two months with a invalid license plate which is INSANE and they had no care at all for putting me at that risk, it is so clear how little they care about their customers versus just getting a sale. Also I brought my car for maintenance and with a 1 and a half hour wait expectation, I sat there for FOUR HOURS and no one felt the need to update me about the time needs. Not a damn care for their customers.
