I just had this company install vinyl in one room. It looks beautiful. I was a little concerned because my washer and dryer had to be moved temporarily. When the job was completed the installer suggested I turn both on for peace of mind. They both worked perfectly. I was told it could be done in one day and it was and even vacuumed when done. Mr. Vanderbilt Braflat is an awesome professional contractor. I was very nervous about my kitchen and bathroom floors and the flooring that was going to replace the old linoleum and tile.

Vander is a true professional and I’m very impressed with the way he conducts his business. I had him out to fix a substandard LVP install that a handyman did. Vander arrived when he said he would and gave me a fair quote to fix the substandard work that the other guy did. His quote was itemized so that I could see exactly what I was being charged for and he was able to start work promptly within a week of him coming out to provide the quote. Each day that he was working, he communicated when he was on his way, told me what to expect for that days work when he got there, and worked until what he had told me he was going to do was done. He did everything that we had discussed and the final bill was exactly what we had negotiated without any last minute surprises. The work he did is top notch and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Vander is the ultimate at his craft. Perfectly level tiles and he worked magic covering some previous baseboard damage. When complete, the room was so clean it was move in ready and he went a step further to clean off any area he had walked through outside. He's very personable, arrives when he says he will, and he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend choosing him for your flooring needs.
