I have to say Greg went out of his way to get all our plumbing needs taken care of, we had to call JEA and he spoke with the guys there saved us a lot of money and headaches, this is not the first time we have used them. His son is a shadow of Greg when the did work at our house and another rental we have. Thank so much for the friendly and GREAT work! I would highly recommend them.

I called yesterday morning for a sewer backup in my home. I spoke with the owner who was extremely professional - he worked me into their busy schedule as this was an immediate need. Patrick, the owner's son, was here within an hour and he, too, was very professional and proficient in the handling of my problem. My hat goes off to this father and son company - you all were great (and reasonable)!

We had a pretty bad leak in our master bathroom, thought it was an easy fix, it was not. Called around and left a few messages, not even an hour after calling, Patrick reached out and came over that same day. We needed a new faucet, Patrick was nice enough to recommend some top brands. We went out that night and purchased a new one and Patrick came by the next day and installed it. Patrick was professional and courteous and we will be using their service for any future plumbing work. Thank you Patrick!

Greg came within a reasonable time and solved the problem - our bath faucet would not turn? "off. " He diagnosed it, replaced the valve & called Moen on my behalf. Its a lifetime warrantee, so Moen will replace it & I will give to Greg. I really appreciate him going the extra mile! He also cleaned up when he was finished. He will be our preferred plumber from now on!

Water pipe noise in wall. They were pretty quick and fair priced. They resolved most my concerns without tearing up the walls with a newer technique. I would use them again. I am a 53 yr resident in Clay!

I cannot begin to say thank you enough to Mr Faulkner for the amazing job he did today! My 88 ye old grandmother had a leak in the attic and it was ruining her antique furniture and causing much damage in the dining room. Mr Faulkner came over immediately and spent the time crawling through the attic to find the problem and repaired it. He stayed in touch with us and did everything he said he was going to do. We never had to worry about our grandmother. Thank you!

Great service team. I had a pipe burst and was left without running water. Greg got back to us in no time and was able to help us get our problem resolved. Patrick is awesome, and I can't thank you enough! I loved how knowledgeable he was. He identified the issue immediately and was able to fix it in no time. Guy was very ugly and unprofessional. Was not even willing to come out and look at my problem because "I don't make any money on mobile homes.people aren't willing to pay for the work that needs to be done. " Thanks for assuming that I'm not willing to pay you for your time, buddy!

Greg and his son came out and to fix a leaky shower head for us. Very responsive, professional, and polite. They stuck it out to get a difficult job done. Their work looks great I couldn't have been more pleased. I will be using them for any future plumbing needs for sure.
