As a first time homebuyer, I, like many, have heard the horror stories revolving around the approval process with a lender and underwriters wanting your first born. Needless to say, I was a bit skeptical that I would even get through the first step, and I was nervous about the whole process. My first phone conversation with Greg gave me a whole new outlook and I felt so much more at ease. Greg was extremely communicative from start to finish. I always felt prepared for the next step, and kept waiting for that proverbial "shoe to drop", but am happy to report, it never did!
