Gretchen's Hallmark Shop-Curbside Available, Jacksonville FL

I've had nothing but amazing customer service with the kind ladies at this store. Not only did the manager, Dawn, help me with everything I needed to make my shopping experience a fantastic one, but she also went above and beyond to help me find the perfect Mother's Day gift I was searching for and desperately wanted to give my mom the best day I could possibly give her. My mom was so thrilled with her gifts and I couldn't be more thankful for these kind and helpful women. I will ALWAYS recommend them and do business with them. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and helping me put a huge smile on my mom's face! You guys are phenomenal!

Unfriendly staff! One lady followed me around, I felt she suspected me to steal something. My friend had a coupon which they tried not to accept, however, did in the end. I love hallmark but will not use this one again

Plan a trip for each holiday season, this store has something you may be looking for. Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter and Birthdays are the holidays you're sure to find that special someone something, even for yourself! Not to mention; Baptismal, Graduation and "Just Because" kind of days, too! They have such unique gift items. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards, you get points and coupons, also. A clean but small store. The staffs are always friendly!

Amazingly nice Hallmark with much more to see than the surrounding shops. Employee's are always kind and great you at the door.
