Last minute changed my ticket, the route the time and I arrive at night not the daytime I paid for

The bus 86181 from keys west yo Miami was stinky nobody clean the toilet and a plastic window grey frame was broken so nobody repair nothing and urine bad smell from the middle of the bus to the back.

I take my son to this Greyhound bus station as he travels often. First this is a beautiful bus station! It is always clean and so well light up! Plenty of parking! Security guards on duty.

Rude, Security person!
My luggage was sent to Jax.
I’m informed luggage is now in Miami. Yea!
The number GH gave me to call is out of date!
When I call directly, phone is answered, but no one says a word!

I missed my bus today because of the rude, awful, not willing to help, lazy employees at this station. They didn’t know what bus was what and where it was going. They clearly did not want to help anyone. Greyhound do better.

My baggage was lost/stolen. The customer service line doesn’t answer and the online service doesn’t respond either. I specifically asked the driver if to bring out my luggage for the next transfer but he said no since I will be on the same bus I can leave my luggage in the baggage department. I am very frustrated after my 8 hr trip to find out my luggage has been lost/ stolen and not receive any help from greyhound.
