The facility itself is great. Sebastian, himself, took the time to help me with my vehicle in terms of the services. He was able to step in and assist with getting my oil and tire rotation done. The facility here has great service reps ready to help and assist.

Absolutely the best car buying experience yet! Our Sales Consultant Alex Miranda was extremely professional and understood our exact requirements and didn’t try to push us into another vehicle. When a vehicle came in with what we were looking for he called us immediately! The sale was quick and we were in and out in no time at all! Disappointing Communication

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Grieco of Fort Lauderdale collision for a repair service on my truck, and it was nothing short of a disappointment. From the beginning to the end, the communication and overall service were subpar.

First and foremost, the communication was abysmal. When I dropped off my truck, I was promised timely updates on the progress of the repair. However, those promises quickly evaporated into thin air. Multiple times, I had to chase down the collision department to get any information on what was happening with my vehicle. It's as if they had no regard for keeping their customers informed.

The real trouble began when I had to escalate my concerns to a manager. While I expected that speaking to a manager would resolve the issues, it only exacerbated them. They made empty promises and, it was like pulling teeth for things to click into gear.

To add insult to injury, when I finally went to pick up my truck, I was shocked to see that it hadn't been washed or cleaned in any way. After the work that was performed, I at least expected it to be returned in a presentable condition. It's a small gesture, but it speaks volumes about the lack of care and attention to detail at this dealership.

In summary, my experience with Grieco collision of Fort Lauderdale was a series of disappointments and frustrations. The communication was poor, the management was unresponsive and took a very long time to get a hold of, and the lack of attention to detail was evident in the final presentation of my vehicle. I won't be returning to this dealership for any future services, and I strongly caution others to consider their options before entrusting their vehicles to this establishment.

Rohan Muschett was my salesman and it’s a blessing he was. He turned a bad situation into a great situation. He single handedly won my loyalty and showed me that there still are good people in this world. Because of him I purchased a 2020 Tahoe and will guarantee him my business in the future.

I appreciate the professionalism and care that Grieco provides. I like that I receive an electronic report via email that lets me know everything going on with my vehicle that I can save. Additionally, the coupons that are sent out are very helpful in planning out what I can take care of for my vehicle. My only wish is that you all would send the vehicle on a run through the car wash. Brought my truck to service since I purchased the extended warranty and I have to say Service Rep Sebastian was extremely helpful and very professional. He explained to me step by step and always had my best interest. It was a smooth claim process. Very happy with his customer service

Alec was an excellent sales consultant. He is knowledgeable and professional on the Chevy lineup. He understood what I was looking for and worked in my price range to find the vehicle that was perfect. I would definitely refer him to my friends or colleagues and would call on him for my next new Chevrolet car or truck.

The attention of both the seller Gelson Gomez and the manager Darwin Padron was cordial but the attention of the financier Joe Messina was terrible, he was interested in selling me a product and when I did not accept it he became upset and his treatment was very derogatory and annoying to the point that I almost got out of my chair and didn't close the car purchase. I didn't like his treatment at all and the way and tone of his speech was very derogatory and aggressive.

I’ve always bought European cars but the wife wanted a Tahoe for the family. I worked with Andrew Silva for three or four months to purchase this car. We had to find the right color the right specs and Andrew was very patient and gave me everything I needed to get the car we wanted. This dealership is exemplary and I’m sure you have a positive experience coming here. Meet you guys there a lot of fun. You’re gonna love working with Jose Hernandez, Isaiah, and Darwin in the whole team at Greico.

The worst experience. Avoid at all cost. You have been warned. Unprofessional, negligent, damaged my vehicle with ongoing issues since service. Jonathon is the worst service advisor I have ever dealt with. He is robotic and has zero people skills. Management has zero accountability and obviously did not care. Will be addressed with Chevy through counsel.

I took my Chevy equinox in for a couple repairs. The staff at the service desk we're lovely. Unfortunately the first service advisor I had wasn't as attentive as he should have been. Calls, voice messages, text messages etc all went unanswered. Basically he dropped the ball. Fortunately Edin The assistant service manager stepped in to rectify the situation. I don't intend on returning but if I were to, I would deal directly with Edin. One last comment, some of the work that needed to be done was on the interior of the vehicle. When I went to pick it up the interior was very very dirty and I had just had the car detailed before I took it in. I had questioned them about this and was told that since COVID they no longer clean the vehicles after servicing. I was quite disappointed that I had to take it and get it cleaned again.

Original- The front desk at the service department was very nice and helpful. My service advisor was Jonatan and I dropped my vehicle off on Friday at 7: 30 am. I made it known multiple times that it’s very important to me that I was able to have my truck done by Monday, which they said 2-3 days, hence on Monday. The work done in question was just the diagnostic, I already had an idea of what was wrong with my vehicle and I just wanted to be sure. I know getting something fixed would take more than 3 days. I called this morning asking for an update and if my truck would be done today. I was told that they hadn’t taken a look at it yet and when I asked if it would be done today as promised, I was told something along the lines of “yeah we might be able to take a look at it today”. I told them not to worry about it and picked up my vehicle. I appreciate the lack of respect for my time. I made it known I work every day of the week and it has been wonderful having to Uber to work for the last 3 days because of the incompetence of Jonatan. If it wasn’t going to be done in time or if there was a better day of the week I could have dropped it off to have it done in said time would have been great to know but, who needs to properly communicate these days anyway?

Update- The service manger tried to remediate the situation but it didn’t work out on my end. I appreciate the effort to help the situation.

There were a little hiccups along the way but rest assure Kai was able to get things resolved asap. Very understanding and if there was any questions or concerns I had, Kai was able to accommodate the situation without frustration. I’ve been to other dealerships and I can honestly say I’m glad I had Kai as my service advisor. Definitely a major benefit to this dealership.
