If I could give zero stars, I would. Just an awful experience, and I feel so bad for my brother. I could use a lot of words to describe the sales manager, and none of them are very nice.

Please, please, please BUYER BEWARE. I know car dealerships get a bad rep. Well, this one takes the cake.

0 STARS! Short Version: My wife decided to take my youngest son, Weston, to buy his first car because I was on the road for my job! Epic event right? Read on. I know car dealerships have a reputation for scum dealings but this is the worst I could imagine! My wife & son called me from Greico Mazda in Delray all excited about a Mazda 3 they had found which sounded like a great opportunity. Decent mileage, 2021 and a clean Carfax. What a joke! I get back home and he can't wait to show me his first car bought with his own money. So we do the walk around and I have to tell you I was sick. I didn't even want to tell him what I was looking at but had to bust his bubble. They sold my unassuming wife and son a car that was hit and the rear of the car badly painted per a professional body shop. The paint didn't even match! Terrible! Oh, it get's worse! Then I see the front wheel (18" beautiful aluminum wheel) that looked like it had run into a concrete wall. Real bad! While looking at the wheel I see they sold my son a car with tires down to the wear bars for safety. That was it for me. We called the dealership to tell them and they told us to come in and they would take care of it. Really! The nasty female sales manager (name withheld for now) in total defense mode, unlike when she's selling a car with all smiles told me they would fix the wheel and that's it. Take it or leave it! We were told that the car was sold as-is, which is not worth the paper it is written on! Extremely unprofessional! Greico was simply waiting for the right person to pawn this POS onto and in walk my wife and son. I'm disgusted that I couldn't be there with my son because I was really looking forward to bonding with him over his first car. I feel guilty and sick but what Greico did and then to not do the honorable, right thing with good will in mind is beyond belief. Multi-million dollar business that took advantage of a young kid excited about his first car! To make matters worse she told us that if we just weren't happy we could trade the car in and experience the thousands of dollars of loss! Real slap in the face! And then she walked away grumbling! We left the car there for the wheel to be fixed. Honestly, I thought we might pick the car up and be surprised to at least find safe tires on the car. NOPE! So on top of getting molested with this Greico car purchase we yesterday dropped $700.00 on safe tires! Thanks Greico, you're the Best! Great TV commercials! All garbage and hype! I am a professional commercial & residential inspector here in Palm Beach County and have a database of 1,000's of Realtors and clients that respect me! I will be forwarding this to everyone I know very soon! Now for the Long Version - stay tuned!

I do not recommend. We bought a used car and arrived at the Serre La house. Door El bidrio secayo and they don't want to put it together and much more than I have what to want.

Buyer beware! I bought my 2024 Mazda Cx-5 less than a week ago. There is no USB in the car and no one literally no one knows what cord is correct. Their answer to everything is bring it in for service. We are in the middle of a move (tomorrow) and have no time to go in. The cord I was told to buy is incorrect t and again no one knows what to buy. When I called I was transferred to three different voicemail. Zero customer service

As always Walter was amazing. To me he’s an honest person every time I needed help he’s always been there. I’d like to give a 5 ️ for Annie Mancini who when it comes to service she also has been awesome. Grieco Mazda is very lucky to have Walter and Annie.

This is the 4th car that I have leased through Grieco Mazda.
It's always a wonderful experience. They are warm and caring and I have never felt any pressure to spend any more than I can afford.
My salesgirl was Kiauna - and as I told her, I would rate her an 11 out of 10!

Bought a new 2023 Mazda Cx-5 today. The experience was excellent thanks to Kiauna and Rebecca. They both worked together to get super close to an exact number I gave them and at the end of the day it made sense for me to upgrade to this newer model. Then after completing my financing meeting with Michael (who was also excellent to deal with), Kiauna sat with me and reviewed and set up the MyMazda app so that I could get all the new improved things available including remote starting my new car! Thanks Grieco and also a shout out to Jonathan in service, I’ve dealt with him twice now and he continues to be a great easy to work with and talk to service advisor.

Had a absolutely horrible experience after purchasing a used vehicle from Grieco Mazda. The customer service is deplorable. This business should be ashamed of the all of the so called sales managers and even the general manager Xavier Villireal who said he would call me back and never got back to me. I have left several messages for him and he continues to ignore all attempts to reach out to me. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to shop somewhere else. I was promised a second key for a vehicle I purchased and because the salesman no longer works there they are refusing to get me the second key for my vehicle. I implore everyone to shop elsewhere. I have never seen such incompetent customer service in my life.

Called salesman Cedrick from the Delray location, discussed what I was looking for and he never called/texted me back. I even called him again and left him a message and still no call back. Very unprofessional! Won’t be doing business with them ever!

We leased a car last saturday.walter was very very helpful. Everyone at this establishment was very nice. They answered all our questions and were very patient. Walter went out of his way to help us. They also do appreciate the military and have good discounts. Overall, i would recommend this place for anyone looking for vehicles.

5 stars for the awesome baby bronco these guys helped me get in to. Tyler and his manager Mike were awesome. They listened to my needs and didn’t give up on me! Tyler especially was responsive and patient throughout the process. Also shout out to Lydia in finance. Big thanks to the team here!

Run…. Run far away from this place! I just returned my vehicle. 1. Was charged $2000 more from the online ad versus in person. When confronted and showed the ad, they made some excuse of it needed tires. 2. Wanted to charge us the highest financing percent they offer with an extremely high credit score. Wasn’t until we called our bank and got our own financing that they decided to match it. 3. We were given one key when we left, when asked about the second one we were told they couldn’t find it. I would get a call on Monday (never came). We did get a call on Tuesday that a mistake had been made on our paperwork and we’d need to come resign. When asked a good time I said when the key guy is there. I was then told it would be $400 for a new fob. I have purchased 3 cars there ($90K+ in total not including service) and my business wasn’t worth a price of a new key fob. Then a Manager called me and basically picked a fight about the key. I told them well since the paperwork was not filed due to the error then I can return the vehicle? He said yes. I said, I will be in tomorrow to return it. When we got there they offered the key and some other stuff. We were not accepting this behavior. I will buy another vehicle this weekend elsewhere and have my cars serviced at the new place.
