I am on a construction project at Tampa International Airport and this is our first time using Griffin. I have nothing but good things to say about them. While we do our best to plan in advance, things change in construction and they have, on more than one occasion, came through for me on short notice. Also, Al has been my driver every time I've used them. He is courteous, professional, on time, and knows his stuff. He is familiar with airports and works safely and efficiently. I can't speak to everything they do as a company, but if you need vacuum truck services, I can tell you they are top notch!

Getting a quote is like pulling teeth. They finally told me it would take 4 hours to do a 65 acre facility. We have had it done before it took 16 hours for a good job. It seemed like an imposition to ask for pricing.

Had an interview at this place and got the look of disgust from the manager, very unwelcoming, unprofessional, and VERY prejudice. The female staff were welcoming, but that immediately changed when I met with the manager, the guy wouldn't even shake my hand.
