4Excuses from management, they list in their center for September to pay $100 per donation for new donors.been over a year and should have been eligible for this however due to CORPARATE GREED your company false advertised and only paid $75, once I called management all I got was "nothing will change" extremely unprofessional. Also notable mention, this was my 2nd visit today, got called into one booth for them to say they have to retake my photo and it would take a second. By the time I was back to my original booth the lady decided I wasn't worth finishing and just walked away to the floor. Impatient as I had a scheduled appointment the next available booth then decides to hold me up further. Once finally able to donate, inadequate number of staff on the donor floor was very negligent and had sat an additional 15 minutes with a needle in my arm. Many of the staff on the donor floor also had soiled coats with others blood on it and that in itself is a health hazard and risk. This place needs to be investigated on multiple ends from business practices and medical investigations.
In my first visits they were very good, between the whole process and in an hour and a half I was out. In my last 3 visits the total time up to 3 hours, and the money they give does not compensate for the 3 hours.otherwise 5/5 for the staff.
Don’t understand why you have to make an appointment and then proceed to sit for over a hour until your even taken to donate. The whole process is backwards and they extremely understaffed
Intake screener was rude to military veteran and couldn’t prick certain finger for blood testing. Been told by other staff during this process that any finger can be used but this part time employee and part time doctor is not skilled enough and rudely said I don’t have to learn I’m only part time and I’m a doctor how about you do this and then know how it is. Given I’m a Marine veteran that has donated since 2019 and know how to take said sample thanks to navy docs that have provided training in many different areas.
