Grind Gastropub & Kona Tiki Bar reviews
24Amazing Flavors. I can’t convey how delicious it was. Excellent service from Blake. You could throw a dart at the menu and win every time.
Worst meal I had in a long time. Ribs tasted like they were warmed up 3 times. Bones even dark. Fish was watery and cold. Appetizer was the only good part. Even drinks sucked
Huge outdoor bar, bartender was prompt to ask what we wanted. Had the steak Mac n cheese, was very good!
Service was ok food was very underwhelming, fire brick pizza was soggy, bacon was undercooked and street corn was not Street corn it was parm and some seasoning no effort
All I can say is everything under that roof looks good everything smells good and everything tastes good.it is awesome
Went for my 20th high school reunion. The food was awesome pizza and chicken satay are delicious. And the drinks are to die for
House Salad has bacon bits not bacon and is entirely made of low quality iceberg lettuce, most menu items very expensive for quality.
A stop at Kona is always on my list every time I am in Ormond. Great selection of beers. Interesting menu with a wide variety of choices. Delicious pizza.
My family and I love this restaurant. Great variety of food and live music. Outdoor seating (with heat lamps if you get too cold) is a perk. Perfect for date night, small or larger groups, and even kid friendly.
Fun tropical atmosphere. Drinks are small but good. Food is only okay. Don't go here to catch up with friends, very loud.
The food has been great every time we have been here (3 times so far). We like the outside area for supper and listening to the live music for the evening.
Loved the atmosphere. Great live music. Service was good. Food was different, but great. Will definately visit there again.
The atmosphere/ decor is steampunk in the Grind which was a nice touch. Good but not great beer selection, server has to go outside to pour most drafts which was weird and delayed drinks. Menu was well crafted, but lacking quick cheaper finger foods for just the drinkers. Paid $10 for hummus that resembled cat food with black beans mixed in. Place was clean and the staff were all warm and pleasant. Did not eat outback will update.
Very good! Service was fabulous! Valet lost my car for about 40 minutes. But they handled our large group with ease! Great atmosphere!
I've gone several times, as it seems to be the"hip" spot, but each time I go I regret the decision. The service is poor, the drinks are diluted and the food is nothing spectacular. Decor and music are the only saving grace.
Our party of 6 enjoyed it tremendously. All ordered something different, and all were pleased with their meal!
A great place to chill and get some good food. Nicely themed and friendly staff. Good beers, cider and cocktails.
Went here with some friends and had a blast! Great music, food, and ambiance. We will be coming back soon
Please be careful eating here. I ate their tuna dinner last night (I believe called The Gidget on their menu), on the way home got super sick.ended up in the emergency room with scombroid poisoning (a type of food poisoning from contaminated fish). I always liked taking my family there, but will never be back. Just be leary.if they don’t take care of and check on the quality of their fish, what else do they not take care of?
Omg. What can I say? I was recently in town and here for a class reunion Brunch. This was my first time visiting Grind Gastropub. Let me tell you, whenever I am back in town, this will always be a stop. The Brunch was absolutely amazing. The best part was of the whole experience was the Bloody Mary bar, where you get to create your own. There were to many choices to choose from. Nothing like a Bloody Mary to get over a hangover lol. All I can say is please make your way to the Grind.
