My pickup time was at 5: 15 AM and I was told to be at the pickup location 15 minutes beforehand, which I was. The driver did not end up arriving until almost 6, and explained that the pickup time was "a window" so that customers show up on time. I was never notified that the pickup time had the span of an hour, and if my flight was earlier I definitely would have missed it. The driver was polite and tried to do what he could, but I am very disappointed with my experience.

Shuttle from Orlando airport to Plaza Motel in Daytona was great. Unfortunately, they suspended service due to virus without informing us. Discovered our prepaid trip was canceled in the middle of the night and had to take taxi long distance to make flight.

Everything was good and the driver was also very kind. My only complain is that it had a 15 minutes delay to arrive to the airport.

Very diligent and courteous driver who took us from Orlando airport to Daytona Beach. Also was very satisfied with person who answered the phone to take my reservation. I would recommend Groome anyday anywhere they do business because of their professionalism and integrity.

Such a reliable company when needing transportation from Daytona Beach to Orlando Airport. Booking online is easy, but their phone booking is professional and super accommodating.

Offered a very convenient way to get from MCO to Daytona very late at night. We had to wait for other passengers due to their flights, but that is not DOTS fault. With all travel, you should expect some schedule hiccups. Courteous driver, clean vehicle, and very safe trip. I would use them again.

Getting really fly late fly traveling back-and-forth is always chaotic Groome transportation is excellent now that I have discovered them I will never stop using them! It has put my traveling anxieties atease.

I had another very pleasant experience with Groome Transportation. The driver was friendly and got us to our destination on time.

Waiting time was an hour at such an early time of the day making it a bit tiring otherwise the trip was good and the driver was also good.

Great option. Parked my vehicle in their lot and rode with Groome. No parking fees, and brought me right to the correct door at the airport.

Saved me a lot of money going from MCO to Daytona. The driver was great, no complaint for me. I'll definitely use Groome Transportation again.

2/28/2020 supposed to be picked up between 1: 30-2: 00am here it’s 2: 15 nobody to be seen, been sitting on this bench outside since before 1: 30am. Finally called and the operation says “the driver says he stopped” no he never stopped I’ve been on the bench since before 1: 30am. Finally after going round and round with both the operator and I guess he was in contact with the driver he came back around 2: 40 over an hours later.got into the van and asked others if the van had stopped the 2 ladies told me no it never stopped at Embry-Riddle. Never recommend this place to anyone, especially after they LIE to their customers! Shame on your Groome and whoever was involved. Managers need to look into this!
