I loved my dogs cut the first time I took him. But I took him last week and straight away realized the quality was different. He had a different groomer the second time and his hair just looked sloppy unfortunately. The front of his chest is shaved/cut on one side and long on the other. Same with his eyebrows, one is covering his eye (I had to trim at home) and the other one was normal. I will try them out again but I was just unhappy with the experience the second time around.hopefully it will be more consistent.

6/7 Unfortunately won’t be coming back here. My dog got scratched up all around his neck and butt area.

I loved it, we explained how we wanted the cut and they did exactly what we asked for, thanks Arlene for such an excellent job

They are super super we take Chloe for the first time and we explained Arlene just I time. Chloe came out perfect.

Never again. Terrible experience for my Labrador. For months service was great, then I pick her up and she is wet and still dirty, nails not trimmed, really just worse than when I went in. Her ears were so wet inside it caused and infection and a vet visit to the tune of $350 to get rid of it. I have had Labs all my life and I am diligent about their ears being dry.
In the past she came out happy and groomed. When I picked her up wet she was miserable.like she had been abused by someone there.
I called and complained about the state she was in and was told that was a new groomer who had been terminated and too bad for the vet bill. I expected an apology but got none, just too bad you chose us to groom your dog.
I did threaten to take them to court but who has the time.

These are the nicest most caring groomers. They did a beautiful job on my Mom dog. I highly recommend them.

I have used them for the last 2 years and always loved Vonny.last appointment she wasn't there and I had such a horrible experience with my miniature poodle.
1. They were squeezing me in which I was so grateful for because of a hunting trip left him a mess.
2. I was told I would get a call when he was ready. When i dropped off i told them i was 30mins away. Nobody called to tell me he was done. I called at 4: 40 to ask and was told yes so I rushed to them. Well I was under the impression they closed at 5: 30 but I called back on my to double check and they said no they close at 5pm. Well I was stuck in horrible traffic in a construction zone and told them I would t make it. The person who answered asked what dog and I told them and she responded with they thought he was already picked up and were about to close the doors and walk out. When I told them bo he wasn't and that I hope he's there. They had gone to check and he was in fact still there. She said his groomer should have called ans stayed with until he was picked up but she already left so they assumed all her clients were gone. Then proceeded to ask if someone else could get him or they would have to leave him kenneled there until the morning. He can't be left there. He us a senior 14yr old dog that requires medication! At this point I'm furious and still driving to them to get my dog. Thankfully I was also able to get ahold of my sister inlaw who just happened to get off work early that day to get him for me. I was literally 5mins late! They couldn't be bothered to wait 5mins for me to get my dog bc they messed up! I recommended this place so much and now will never bring my baby back. They do not treat them like they care.

Wish I knew where the original groomer went!

I booked here for the first time, I must say they did a great job with my husky, they cut her hair very well, they seem to have been very detailed with how they cut her fur. I am happy with the results
