We are so very happy with our experience with Groomobile.

Incredible experience. I was searching for a groomer and called Groomobile to make an appointment. I felt comfortable after speaking to the receptionist. The customer service was top notch. It is a friendly and warm family owned business that does a wonderful job. Jen treated my goldendoodle like her own. I would recommend this groomer to anyone and everyone!

Is our 1st time utilizing Groomobile services and it was excellent. The groomer, Jen, is great, she has lot of patience and love dogs. My dog was happy upon pick up and that is very important for us. The appointment was at their location and the facilities were clean. Im glad we found Groomobile, will be back soon!

Groomobile staff are very friendly and reliable. My groomer is very personable and really does a great job in grooming my cocker spaniel. I highly recommend the service.

I have used Groomobile since Buddy was a baby! Faye has groomed him now for 11 years! I would be lost without her! She’s grown to be a part of the family and Buddy loves to see her roll up every 4 weeks! It’s the best way to treat your fur baby to their spaw day - they come to you!

I hate to leave this review but I feel it is important for others to know the experience we had with this company today. For starters we had high hopes as when we initially talked to the woman on the phone to schedule she presented with a very professional and pleasant attitude and the scheduling process was very simple. We were told by her that our dog Niko could be scheduled for today (Saturday) 12/23/2023 between 2pm-4pm. We received a voicemail stating the appointment was confirmed for Saturday between the hours mentioned above and gave the groomers name that would be coming out. Fast forward to today: We have sat here from 2-4pm waiting on someone to show up or call to say they are on the way. It is now 4: 05pm and we haven’t heard nothing yet. The office is closed (they close at 12 on Saturday) but the groomers work until they are finished. While the cost for their service is a reasonable price, it doesn’t take away from the lack of communication with us today. Since we are unable to contact anyone by phone we had no other option but to wait to see if anyone showed up and then resort to leaving a review to possibly even get the businesses attention as to what happened today. They also mention they charge a cancellation fee if they get to you and you aren’t available. Please be courteous in the future of your customers time. We are very understanding if issues come up but the proper communication can make or break your business.

Nails still long charge 25 extra to shave him bald My dog trebled ALL night paid 175.00 never again will use them ever again. My dog was traumatized never again am I going use them

My little dog needed grooming so bad and when I called groom mobile no worries was change other than what time can you bring him and they did such a beautiful job I am so pleased with their work he will be one of their regulars

My leia and Buttercup always look nice and clean. Jen is great with my girls. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great groomer for your fur babies.

Have taken our fur baby twice now and both times have exceeded our expectations. Jen is so patient and it takes a lot of it to deal with our dog! So thankful to have found this groomer!

Tana filled in for Ralphie's regular groomer Ariel, this time and she was very good with our very nervous lil man. She did a great job!

My baby Stella has been going here for almost two years now. We love the convenience of having our favorite groomer Ariel mobile when I’m to busy during the week or Jen at the shop when I have free time. All the employees are very professional with their work, kind, welcoming and they’re decently priced. If your new to the area or looking for a new groomer to match more of your schedule weather its mobile or in house, this is definitely a place you should come too.

Jen and the other groomers have always done a great job with my two pugs. Able to get an appt.right away. Staff has always been courteous. Will continue to take my girls to them.

We had a very unfortunate experience with Groomobile. We have three small dogs that need regular grooming. First of all, the groomer showed up and needed to plug her van into my power. I found that to be strange. Anyway, the first dog was groomed without incident. The second dog apparently peed and pooped while being groomed. This was something that had never happened before. I chalked it up to my dog being nervous. My third dog, however, was returned to me, bleeding through her nose and unable to walk properly. The groomer told me the dog sneezed and blood came out of her nose. I brought her to the urgent vet where it was discovered that she had suffered head trauma. The groomer claims no knowledge of how this could’ve happened. I just know I handed them a perfectly good dog and I was returned a damaged, injured dog that cost me an additional $700 in vet bills which I was not expecting to pay. So far, this Groomer denies any wrong-doing or knowledge of what happened and has not given me any accommodations. Needless to say, we will never go back to them.
