We recently did a full home renovation with many different contractors in our home. Ken and his team were among the few teams we had that were extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and above all did a tremendously meticulous job. They turned our whole house of flooring that we hated into something we are completely in love with. They all took the time to educate us on grout and help us properly care for it in the future with their all natural product line. Could not rave about them more!

Ken did a free inspection and was very honest about the issue. He ended up recommending that I do the simple fix on my own rather than spending the minimum $500 fee. I appreciate not being taken advantage of. 5 stars for honesty! Thank you

This is my third time using Groutsmith, and once again I am so happy. My tile has been brought back to life. Our house looks brand new. Lisa and Matt are so exceptional and professional. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I consider them friends. My advice: Follow what they tell you to do to keep your grout looking new. I slipped back and used store products and my grout got dirty again. Now, it looks brand new. Thank you Ken for your excellence!

I almost went with a “big company” to clean and restore the grout in my condo. I’m SO glad I didn’t and contacted Groutsmith. I used the form on their website and was contacted the next day and Ken, the owner, came out the next day to explain the process and provide an estimate. I had my entire 1300 sqft condo done and they completed the work in 5 hours! IT LOOKS AMAZING! I have white marbled tile and the white grout was almost black in places. The floor looks completely brand new. All the grout lines are a pristine white now! Kudos to Lisa and Matt who did the work! Thank you!

Ken and his people are Top Notch.
They transformed my tile floor with old dark gray grout into a nice contiguous floor by cleaning and color sealing the grout. Looks amazing. Wish i knew about them 10 years ago.

I have older tile and wanted to brighten my place in prep to sell. They did an amazing job. The pictures do not truly show the great job.

On Wednesday I had The Grout Smith people out to correct a bad install that was done on the kitchen counter where it meets the wall. The prior owners did a great remodel but the installers did not know what they were doing or cut corners. Over time the heat from the dishwasher caused the grout to fall out of the joint. There should have been epoxy that dries and looks like grout but stands up to the heat of a dishwasher. So kens people came in and cleaned it up and did it right! Now it looks great. They also fixed two of my showers. One someone tried to regrout the corners but chose the wrong color. The other bathroom the grout in the shower corner over time fell out do to settling or shifting of the structure. So the regrouted the corner, in both bathrooms they did a prefect color match to the existing grout. Great work Lisa & Mat!
