I previously did a review on this business and as soon as the owner saw my review, he phoned me and sent someone out immediately. The manager that had come to check my grout in the beginning said that there was nothing wrong and he would not do anything about it and the owner did not know this. After talking to the owner a couple of weeks ago, I found that that manager is no longer with them and the owner apologized for any inconvenience. The technician, David called me and set up an appointment and came to inspect and said that it needs to be redone. David came and redid all of the grout and did not charge me anything and now it looks great. I am very, very impressed and happy to know that they are honest and reliable and did a wonderful job on the floors.

They were on time (even early), listened carefully to address my needs, and then made great recommendations to improving the appearance of my outdated grout.
