Grove Liquors, Miami FL

Very disappointed in this location. Bought Cachaca liquor as they have a large variety at Grove liquor near Home Depot near Coconut Grove. Tried a new brand and it tastes awful! It may even be bad. Only used 2 hots. Tried to return the near full bottle just 6 days after I purchased it and they would not take it back or even exchange it.

The old lady at the counter has got to go. It's time to get some new blood in this place. The service is horrible and her attitude is from the 70's.

Straight up DOOKIE, if u bring your 3 year old toddler, they’ll ask for her ID as well, go to big daddy’s! Disappointing. Employees are disrespectful and are definitely on the spectrum.

I've been living in coconut grove for 10 years now and until yesterday July 16th 2022 thousands of dollars later, I had the worst experience in Grove Liquor, 2 employees that didn't want to sell me a bottle of Tito's Vodka because my 15 year old son was with me and my wife, there were other parents with their kids inside the liquor store too, I wasn't the only one, I've always took my son and family to shop at milams market and at the Grove Liquors for family gatherings, this time this 2 employees especially the young one with glasses made my wife and i feel really bad, they had a bad attitude and threatened me by telling me that he was going to do something if we wouldn't leave, he wade us feel very uncomfortable, it's all in cameras, all I was telling them is that it didn't make any sence to us by them not selling me the bottle of tito's Vodka because of my son being there with us, my wife and I had our ID's on us, all of this happened in front the store manager Carlos Cary, Carlos Cary had to tell the employee with glasses to stop telling me all of those bad things that were very humiliating to me, my wife and son, we felt very humiliated and horrible immediately, then I told this employee to back up and to shut his mouth, Carlos Cary agreed and was defending us at least, till today my wife and i still feel very bad and upset about what happened, I will never go spend another dollar at Goves Liquors again, in the end they did not sell my wife and I the bottle of Tito's Vodka and we left with a horrible feeling, I recommend everyone that reads this review to go to Big Daddy's Liguor down the block on Bird Rd and 27th Ave next to flannigans, they have better deals, they are friendly and the staff treats the client with more respect, my family and I will from now on buy our wines and Liquor at Big Daddy's Liquor store and never again at Grove Liquors,

If you’re pregnant, they’ll ask the baby in the womb for its ID and won’t sell to you. Go to big daddy’s, horrible service and employees should be working at a mcdonald’s in liberty city. Never again, guy with glasses thinks he’s tough when in reality he’s probably a dropout, then chubby employee that stuffs his hair with moco de gorilla is even worse with service. BIG DADDY’S FOR THE WIN!

If you walk in with your dog, they’ll ask for it’s ID, why? BECAUSE EVERYONE NEEDS AN ID even to sell to someone that has it. Horrible experience, employees are worse than the prices, Big Daddy’s is wayyyy better on bird rd, The employee who works with samples offered liquor to a teenager who wasn’t old enough. Horrible!

Excellent Selections! The liquor selection as extensive as I've seen locally! If you can ask for it by name, they probably have it on the shelf!

This is a good place to start learning about wines and other products from this region. James is a very interesting person to talk with, and he is excellently knowledgeable about the area and the products he has on offer. We really enjoyed the visit with him and would recommend anyone in the area to drop by for a lesson at this Wine Shop.

I've been working at this wine shop for almost a month. I was blown away by the wines on offer. They had a large selection of wines from which to choose. The wine case I purchased from this establishment was delectable. I like this shop because the staves were also very friendly, accessible, and polite. They will assist you in selecting a great wine to fit your preferences.

This experience plays with the traditional values, improves others, and turns others on their heads. The ingredient quality is outstanding. The service has been stellar. The wine options are awesome. Without knowing something, you will not leave and you will not leave hungry. Worthy of being suggested!

The wine and beers I ordered from this shop were fantastic, and they tasted amazing. In addition, the workers who entertained me there were full of confidence, welcoming and good. Also, the place was tidy, polished, and stylish. It was so cool to be here, because it was all worth it and rewarding. You were, I remember, the finest wine shop. Congratulations!

I'll be giving this wine store five stars all the way. One of the people who assisted me was Tom. He never disappoints me, despite my high expectations. Highly recommended for meetings with colleagues as well as a unique setting. For the first time, it was a fun experience for me. A fantastic place to visit!

My friends and I greatly enjoyed spending our free time here. The place was not crowded, nice, and cool. Besides, the waiters/waitress were very accommodating and helpful. Even the beers and bottles of wines that we bought were quite impressive and OK. Eventually, after that day, we came to realize that we will come back. See you!
