You can guarantee they will have more members than they can help in a timely manner everytime you visit a branch. Prepare to wait and feel like they don't care.
Ok customer service. I was charged fees so many time and I had to tell em and they credit me back. They closed my account for no reason too. I’ll never trust grow financial I learned my lesson.
Would like to thank Ms Rosa n her staff n the fraud staff for helping me this afternoon with a scam. I'm not rich in money. I do get social security n pay checks. It was only 299. N change but it s my money

They have a slogan that states “From Little Things, Big Things Grow” yet they DON’T honor that by NO MEANS! My daughter has a Bugs Savings account for children and I came to make a cash deposit of $48.68 into it with $8.68 in change! The teller immediately told me it is against their policy as a BANK to NOT accept any change over $5 as a deposit FORCING me to take my change elsewhere to convert it into DOLLARS! THE MOST ABSURD THING I’V EVER HEARD FOR A BANK BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE A COIN COUNTER! GET ONE!

The bank is okay. It's not a bad bank but not the best. One girl who works there is very ride but I'm not gonna put her name. Atm does not work all the time. Even after i saw the owner write that it was fixed.
