Grow Financial Federal Credit Union: Bloomingdale Store, Brandon FL

I never thought that I would be neglected at this credit union but I was earlier today. The rep said she would be right with me, she left and never came back! The worst part: I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LINE! I AM A LING TIME CUSTOMER SINCE THIS WAS MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH GROSS NEGLIGENCE! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THIS BETTER NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN EVER!

This credit union is horrible.do not bank with them. I do not and will not, thru hearing experiences of relatives that do bank. My relative that banks had her account attacked. Grow did shut down bank card and send another. They never put stolen money back in account said couldn't prove fraudulent. New card, new hack. No dont bank here!

I've had grow financial for several years, business and personal. They have been very courteous, professional and very helpful. And through the virus we're just amazing, Thank You.

Staff drive thru properly or close it. During a pandemic. Would think you would try to encourage drive thru over going inside in these times. 10 minutes timed waiting with no one at the window is ridiculous. Rethinking my banking options.

Since the end of 2019 to the present Grow FCU has continuously misapplied my VISA & Loan pmts on the wrong accounts. I have made several attempts to reach out to their Corporate office with not a single return call. They even sent me to collections and reported it to the credit bureau and yet I never missed or was late on a single pmt. If your with Grow you might want to check your accounts. STAY AWAY they don't care about their members

I’ve been with them since I was 17 I’m now 30 they are amazing and they treat me like family and it doesn’t matter which one I go into. They are all very helpful and they match my personality. ️

Waited 45 minutes to be attended. Staff was bickering.i wasnt pleased at all with my experience.i wanted to open a business account.manager i spoke with made it seem as if I wasnt able to open one.

Workers are nice but Grow Financial is THE WORST bank I've had in my entire life. If you have money stolen from your account, apparently they wont give it back to you. Lost hundreds of dollars. Stay away!

Very unhappy with the customer service i received regarding my Mortgage that i have taken with grow financial.

My new favorite branch! After being treated so awful at the brandon location I was contemplating on joining a different bank but Luckily I decided to give it another shot and visit bloomingdale. Kyle Chase helped me today and Wow he was so Sweet and extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Thank You so much!

9: OO TO 5: 00 IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A CHECK CASHED OUTRIGHT, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO DEPOSIT IT THROUGH THE ATM, AND YOU CAN'T WITHDRAW THAT SAME AMOUNT SAY $1300.00 RIGHT AWAY. YOU SHOULD CONSIDER SERVICING YOUR CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH TILL 6: 00 PM WEEKLY, OR INVEST IN TECHNOLOGY LIKE BANK OF AMERICA'S TELLER ASSIST OPTION WHERE THE ATM'S HAVE THE OPTION FOR YOU TO SEE AND SPEAK TO A TELLER AT A CALL CENTER THAT CAN HANDLE MORE TYPE OF TRANSACTIONS LIKE CASHING CHECKS, THEY ARE AVAILABLE TILL 10: 00PM MON TO FRI AND TILL 5: 00 PM ON WEEKENDS. BETTER INVEST IN MORE OPTIONS TO BETTER SERVE YOUR CUSTOMER BASE IN ORDER TO COMPETE WITH THE BIG BOYS, CAUSE PRETTY BRANCHES AND SMILES ARE NOT
SERVICING CUSTOMERS NEEDS, NEITHER ARE ALL THE FEE INCOME CHARGES BANKS ARE COMING UP WITH. GREAT CREDIT UNION BUT 1970'S TECHNOLOGY.
