I went in as a beneficiary of one of your deceased customers and was helped by the supervisor Tara at the Carrollwood branch and Tampa. She provided exceptional assistance with such patience and professionalism. Something I thought would be cumbersome to handle was taken care of with simplicity that it made me want to become a customer as well.

Andrea Benitez help me with my mortgage payment my principal payment was never applied since 10/20/22 - it all went to the mortgage payment instead of principal I had no payment till Oct 10/2024 it was crazy she contacted the mortgage center and spoke with Schlay, they were both able to fix it I will be contact by email in 10 day with up day. I am so happy I can cry! I really appreciate her hard and patient work with me to take care of this terrible error that was made

Amazing service received today at this Grow Financial location today!
Despite my transaction taking a little time, Blake was efficient and extremely nice to say the least. Also, one of his co-workers was passing out chocolate and I was able to score a piece of delicious chocolate. Despite being very busy today, all the workers had smiles and were courteous to everyone. Very obvious this location is my go to from now on. Blake, thanks again for your expertise and patience.
