My experience with GS Motors INC.was a blessing. I'M a satisfied customer the dealer was very polite an he gave me veritie of cars to choose from i was in the market looking for a car for my 18 year old an walked off the lot with a Nissan Alitmia 2011 great condition me an my daughter both are satisfied customers thank you Muhammad for your wonderful customer service. I purchased a car on November 15th from GS Motors. I at first, was very please working with Mohammed with purchasing a car from him. He was professional and said all the right things. I was please at first when we were face to face.
That being said, it has taken a long time to receive my tags and title from this company. Three weeks after purchasing the car I checked in with MOHAMMED to check on the status of my plates and title and was told he was working on it and needed a photo of the car and with numbers on windshield. And should receive it in two days.
Well a week later after not hearing from him, I called again and ask about status. He stated he was going to the DMV to check on it again. (What? Makes no sense?) I called Dmv to check status myself and the paperwork to the car wasn't even started.
Spoke with Mohammad again and he stated he was taken care of it today! Which was the 11th of December and he would send it overnight. Well, a package was sent but not to my address. Mohammed wrote a different address (that he wrote wrong) and now my package is sitting in business that s closed possibly till Thursday and FedEx or myself are unable to get to it.
So, now I sit and wait and unable to drive the car with temporary tag that is expired. I have tried to reach Mohammed this morning to see what went wrong and no response as of yet.
This has been truly unpleasant experience and Mohammed has been very unprofessional and very little communication from him.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I HAVE!
I will be taken futher actions to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else at this location.
Mohammed made this situation much worse than what It had to be. All he needed to do was communicated and speak the truth about the car and the auction status of the vehicle.

Update: called Mohammed from different phone and to my surprise he answered.
He stated that there were different packages sent to clermont and he will check on the status and get back to me. He stated that it hasn't been a month and tomorrow will make a month.lol
It still was sent to wrong address? By him!
No apologies, no concern for people time or frustration.

Update to those future purchasers:
I called lake county tax and orange county tax office and to my surprise the car has not been processed for transfer and my tags expire tomorrow.
I text Mohammed several times and he does not respond. When he does he very short with very little information.
He told me he can't keep repeating himself to me and he has the title and tags and will deliver to my residence. How? When the title or tags haven't been processed? That's funny!
This person is a liar and all he does is tell you what you want to hear to buy himself time. I have never seen a dealership due what he has done with so much run around and BS stories.
Their was no way, I was going to not review about this.
At this point the vehicle is not under my name and this person has cause my headache than what the cars is worth. I just feel horrible for my son who I gifted the car too.

Definitely 5 starts I was looking for this type of car for a long time in all of Florida. I could not find a better price and the car in perfect condition. Super nice friendly and profesional people, they also answer all my question. They price super great. Definitely recomend this place.

Do not buy here do not be fooled, if I could give you zero star after I sold it without carpets, without answer, without hydraulic truck jack, I spent more than 2,000 dollars on parts and even on the battery that told me it was in good condition and it was damaged and to top it off the very pig sold me the car with all the tires of the car of different sizes, please do not fall like me.

Got my son a 2006 Mazda 6 it’s a great running car. Outstanding staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Very willing to work on the price. Didn’t feel like a buying experience more like making friends

Don’t be fooled! All the 5 stars review ARE FAKED! I bought a 2006 sonata for me son and I am out of town.he took my money and gave me a temp tag and told me that my tag will arrive in the mail and it HAS NOT.and my temp tag is about to expire in a few days. I’ve tried calling him numerous of times and he doesn’t pick up. I’ve texted him and he responded saying he will update me later.and NOTHING! And I’ve been trying to contact him since and still nothing.don’t be fooled, this place is a joke! They are soooo fast to take your money and after that, they will never pick up your phone calls for anything!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my car buying experience with bill. The customer service provided by him was exceptional. The process was easy and quick. An I'm beyond satisfied. I would highly recommend gs motors to all my family and friends.

I purchase a truck from GS motors and I love it. The vehicle was cleaned and just had gotten a oil change. The employees were nice, friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve been in the business of looking for a car for about a month. Came across a dealer that works for Mazda. He tried getting me approved but had no luck. He introduced me to his friend Khan who had a Honda Civic. Made a down payment with no fees. Walked away with the car. Such an easy process. Wish I could have found him at the beginning of my search. I will always be a customer of his. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great place to buy used car like new. Simple and nice. Staff of one does all the paper work and tags for you. Will come back here first when looking for good car.
