I highly recommend this garage door repair company. After discovering that my garage door spring was broken, called Guarantees Garage Door & Repair. I am happy to say that there was a technician in my neighborhood and was able to have the repair completed within an hour of calling. The technician was thorough and also discovered another broken part and had the part already in his truck. I was so grateful to have the repair done quickly and efficiently.

We received a quote for a new hurricane garage door and was told the price quoted was all inclusive. When the representative came out, we were quoted a price that was $750 more. We then questioned why the quote changed and were told permitting needed to be added plus some woodwork. Although the original quote was presented as all inclusive, that was a misrepresentation. And even though they reduced their price, the final quote was still $400 more than originally quoted, therefore we chose not to deal with a company that is less than forthright with their quotes.

Highly recommend. Greg came out to give a quote for a new opener and various fixes, which was very reasonable. When I asked him to schedule the work he said "I can do it right now". Was finished in about 90 minutes, and couldn't be happier with his work or the service.

Canceled appointment Morning of in-between appointment window. They only have 1 tech that can measure for new spring, opener and rails.

I was very satisfied with the work. They were punctual, fixed my issue and charged 25% less then a competitors quote. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because on the final receipt I received, it listed that there was a problem with my rollers. I wish the technician would have mentioned this while he was there and showed me the issue.
