Gucci - Orlando Outlet

Terrible service. We bought merchandise for almost $2K, left the store and were stopped by the Gucci staff outside by the Guess store saying their associate charged us an incorrect price and we had to go back to the store so that they could adjust the price. At the same time she kept calling her Manager on the phone. The whole situation was extremely embarrassing especially because we were here from Canada and this not experience we expect from Gucci. Frickin terrible - don't shop here

Genesis was very helpful as usual. This is my favorite store and with her here it would make our visit more pleasant.

Waste of time. I only got in line because there was only 1 person in front of me. They hold the line for what seems like no reason. 6 people exited and they still didn't let us in. Then I figured out they do this so that you are "assisted" by a sales associate who immediately wanted to take down all of my personal information before I even began shopping. It didn't give a luxury experience and a lot of items weren't in stock so they were selling displays with no boxes or dustbags. No thanks.

I recently received a gift from the Gucci outlet, but it wasn't to my liking. In an attempt to exchange it for something else, I visited the outlet. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything I really wanted, but I did come across a scarf that was less expensive than the original gift. I asked if I could exchange for the scarf and receive the remaining value as store credit. However, they informed me that their policy only allows for exchanges, not returns or store credits, which aligns with what their policy states.

I then requested to speak with the manager, who was understanding and willing to assist. He offered to extend the 14-day exchange period, but that didn't suit my needs. Ultimately, we had to sit down and browse their website to find another item that matched or exceeded the value of the original gift. This resulted in an exchange where I had to pay the difference, and they placed an order for the additional item, which will be shipped to my home.

This experience was quite disappointing, especially considering I had previously dealt with Gucci stores, which provided excellent service. Regrettably, this encounter at the outlet was my first and last. I have also shopped at outlets of other high-end brands, and I can say that this one was the least satisfactory in my experience.

Beautiful purses and accessories. They offer great deals at this outlet. Because of its popularity, please be aware that there is a wait to limit the number of customers in the store.

Didn’t have a lot of shoes in my friend size everything was already sold out but very nice store.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Their hours clearly state that they close at 9pm (Saturday). Yet they close at 8: 30pm. They would not let me in the store stating they were closed! I've shopped at Gucci locations all over the world, including Italy and have NEVER been turned away 30 minutes before closing. Unacceptable FALSE information. I filed a complaint with Simon and I will be reaching out to Gucci Corporate as well. Chumps.

Don’t bother with the line, they let 10 people out and let no one in until a sales associate it available (when there are about 3 roaming around without customers). The Orlando heat is not worth it, go elsewhere. F that security guard.

I recently purchased an item over the phone from my SA. I don't live in the State. The day I received my item, the price dropped $150.00. I was refused a price adjustment. Poor customer service and this would never happen with another brand. They know in advance when items are going to be further reduced. Other designer brands would give you notice and you would have the option to wait or risk it not being available. Poor business ethics.

This was the outlet store with super deals! The same experience as a boutique store, but a lot cheaper! I am happy I stopped in and found a pair of tennis shoes I liked! Same great customer service and huge savings! This is a must visit! There are many items that are very cool!

Extremely rude employees. Rude security guard. Rude manager.
Also, NO REFUNDS, only exchanges at this store. Go to a real Gucci boutique store. Actually, just stay away from Gucci and shop at Louis Vuitton where the service is MUCH better!

Very bad telephone service the girl who answered me today at 3: 31 pm simply did not help me at all and hung up the phone without telling me anything.

This place is an over-hyped joke and is NOT an outlet at all - do NOT waste your time here. We waited in line only because it looked kind of short. Idk what kind of game the people are playing here but they would literally let out like 10-20 people who were done shopping and made us wait like 30 minutes before they let us in and we were next in line. You would think if they were limiting people in the store it would be so that they could let in as many people as they were letting out but no. On top of waiting forever for no reason in like 100 degree heat we get inside and the store just feels "dirty. " Definitely does not scream luxury brand and their selection was also disappointing. I walked around the store for 10 minutes and was ready to leave. Do not waste your time here. This is the worst experience I've ever had shopping in one of the higher-end brand stores. They definitely need to take some notes from some of the other higher end brands because this is just not it.

This was a horrible experience. We waited outside the store in the hot, humid weather for about 40 minutes. There were very few people in the store but they were arbitrarily making people wait outside to make it seem like a more exclusive experience. This backfired.

The security guard was beyond rude (I think because of our skin tone) and was not letting us (a party of 2) in, while simultaneously escorting 8 people out. When we started to complain, we asked for a manager and were met with a Stephanie (she would not give her last name) who proceeded to gaslight us and deny that the guard was rude, even though she was nowhere in the vicinity during our encounter. When we asked for her supervisor (who she said was named Manny) he miraculously had just gone on his one hour lunch break. She then proceeded to deny us his contact information.

We left. These people act like it’s Fort Knox but let’s get real it’s a third rate store with none of the new designs, with people that lack any semblance of customer service skill.
I fully intend to make a formal complaint against Stephanie and the guard (who she claims doesn’t work for the store) to whomever I can.

At any rate I will not be going back and would never recommend this 3rd rate little shop to anyone. Save your money, go get a Chanel.

The waiting in line takes away from the 5 Star experience but overall we really enjoyed our shopping experience at the Gucci store. Antonio was our representative. He was very helpful in helping me find some nice gifts for my wife. We thought we lost our shipping information but He made sure that our products were shipped out and beat us home. Antonio we definitely appreciate your great customer service.

You can way better buy a trip to Europe and visit Gucci also the guy at the door was a complete idiot. I will never buy Gucci again, this was a terrible experience.
