Gucci Sawgrass Mills Outlet, Sunrise FL

Come here if you are looking for shoes and bags, and don't expect to find classic Gucci clothing.

Associates not helpful when I asked questions or to see products. Really disappointed in the cleanliness of the store and lack of customer service. I would never shop here again.

Very racist staff. They barely greet the black ppl and follow them around the store without cause. Awful experience.

After the strap broke, I brought a ten-year-old messenger bag into the Sawgrass location for repair. Initially, the manager told me I had to pre-pay $600+ to have it repaired in Italy. I grudgingly agreed. However, after nearly six months without an update on the status of the repair, I grew frustrated. I called the store and spoke with Anthoy, who took complete control of the situation. After he masterfully took over, my bag was repaired in less than a week and shipped to me, and I was refunded the repair cost. Anthoy is great. It's been a long time since I had someone in a customer service position take ownership of a problem and not look to pass the buck or blame others.

Line is always too long. There are always people waiting just to look around and when people want to shop the have to wait in line too long. It's kinda ridiculous that if I want to spend thousands of dollars I have to wait in line to do it.

The wait outside its crazy, about an hour everytime i go there, I shop regularly at this store, because yes, there are savings. But you wont get the service nor attention you ll expect from regular Gucci stores, if you dont care about this and dont care about having a restricted selection of items and want to save some money I totally recommended.

Waited in line for 2 hours for a half empty store with 10 sales reps and 4 customers in it. Limited selection of belts and the discounts were laughable. Don’t waste your time. Go grey market

Super nice outlet mall. Has any price point you're looking for, from luxury to bargain. Plenty of self parking, garage parking and valet parking. Had a nice afternoon of shopping.

I usually stop by the Gucci store when I visit the Sawgrass Mills Outlets. Best deals can be found when they have a sale. The day I went the staff seemed to be a little overwhelmed with the how busy it was. It was only about 20 people in the store so not busy to me. This is coming from a retail store manager of 10 years. Some people seemed to hustle and work more than others. A few just stood around and talked. Service was good, but not excellent. Store is empty you still have to wait outside to enter. I think they just like the line outside. So disrespectful to let all the ppl stay outside since no body is inside. Not worth the wait time

Very bad experience at this outlet they made us wait for 2 hrs with only 4 people in front of us before entering the stupid store and it’s not even crowded inside, they were letting people in when someone was leaving the line, store reps were useless as well. I don’t get the whole waiting thing when the store is DEAD inside and u make people wait. Shame on the management

After waiting for 3 hours, we got in.reps were not that helpful.
At the checkout, They were out of Sunglass cases and the rep said they will ship it. Despite continued follow up, it's been 2 months and I haven't received the case.

This is not expected from Gucci. Quite disappointing.

The line is crazy. We waited behind just a few people for over an hour. Do not go unless you’re willing to wait hours to get into see the merchandise

Super cool store and very helpful staff. Really happy they added this pop up to enhance the shopping experience!

So happy Gucci opened a store inside the mall. For anyone that doesn't feel like waiting in the line at the other location, it is right inside the entrance by Matchbox! Staff was friendly and helpful, not overbearing. Excited about this new additional location!
