Heather and Lisa are awesome. They go out of there way to help and make you feel comfortable. I love these ladies.

The service was great the people were awsome and made u feel at home and they went beyond the call of duty and to the house keeper mis Lisa u rock God bless u and mis heather I came in as a stranger and left with a good friend and to the owners thank u from.the bottom of my heart for allowing me and my family stay thank u God bless if I ever need a place to stay ill only stay with u all God bless be safe by the way the room were clean and the beds omg comfortable and the ac keeps u cold even when. The power was out during the storm with the door open it was cool so I have no complaints at all

Absolutely the worst service I've ever received anywhere. Crackhead cleaners, gross rooms, broken beds. And the owner is dumber than a sack of rocks. Kicked us out called the cops over a cat. [redit] lying owner as well 3 people were put on the paper work and there is proof. Crackhead worker passed out when trying to pay for the room. Air fryer was in the room but no crockpot stop lying also how can you not cook In a room that has a microwave in it.
Lowest rated hotel in lake city for more than one reason. Not an opinion facts.

This place has bed bugs and other critters, including a snake in the office, a WATER MOCCASIN! Mold in the rooms that they try to cover up. SO MUCH drug trade going on there.stay ANYWHERE else in Lake City, but here!
They told an employee NOT to rent to African American people after 4AM. RACISTS!

The people there took very good care of my daughter as she stayed there for a couple months and I appreciate everything you've done to take care of my daughter and to be there for her her name was Katie I am very thankful to have her back up I missed her very much it was so so worried when I arrived and saw the love she got from the staff I was more at ease to know but the staff there was very good to her thank you

Very nice and polite management. The housekeepers are very helpful. Nice basic rooms. Very good location and quiet. And not very expensive at all!

Thank you Guess Inn this is Mr Gaines that stayed in room 127 with my Son, I want to start by saying, Heather was a very intrakit, Part of my stay there, she was so helpful in more ways then one great hospitality I was shown by her, I met a true friend while my stay there she deserves a raise to me for all that she does for the Owner J who is a nice Gentleman by the way I recermend this Hotel for any body reading this, it's a great place to stay if your in town my stay was beautiful while I was there, I couldn't ask for much more I totally was pleased with all that was offered, to who ever read this, stay at the Guess Inn its a great place to convein, once again I thank you Heather for being a friend to me and my Son, you will shorely be missed blessing to you and your children, may the Lord be with you all ways Mr Gaines aka NY!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. It was a very pleasant experience to stay here. The hotel is undergoing renovations and is looking great. The rooms are big and clean (no roaches). I would definitely come here again.

Had the best stay at Guest Inn. Stayed for 4 days & the staff is so helpful & accommodating, friendly & just all around nice people. The hotel is going through some major upgrading & looks fantastic! Will definitely stay here again.

Rate was reasonable. The room and linens were clean, A/C was cold. Will definently return when I visit.

The owner and desk leak where extremely friendly there in the process of remodeling the rooms its a good place to stay for the price

I purchased through price line and all the room on price line show remodeled rooms. When I arrive I asked the front desk am I getting a remodel room and she says no you purchased through the web and remodel rooms are a upgrade $25.00 extra from what I paid price line. Hostess very nice and she says let go look at a room to see if you want to upgrade I asked her are the rooms trashed and full roaches. She honestly says I don't know. We walk up and she opens door and all you see is the roaches moving all over. I tell her I want a non roach room and I shouldn't have to pay a upgrade fee not to sleep with roaches. She calls owner and he explains how bad it is and he says we'll only charge him a $15.00 upgrade fee. At this point I have no choice or I lose my money through priceline. I get to the room and floors look not very clean shower is rusted out the only remodeling was tiles on floor and a new counter top for sink. 2 soaps no shampoos and a old soap on the tub that was left by the cleaning people. Furniture looked very old and had all types of damages. Lots of short cuts taken during the remodel. Still waiting for hotel to release the $100.00 hold or deposit. Definitely will not recommend this place there are hotels all around that area, find a chain that holds the owners accountable for good property upkeep.

Dirty room. No ice bucket, no cups. I had to go back down to the office and she had to run around the building looking for cups and an ice bucket for me.no phone. Construction happening. No discount offered. $50 deposit. You must come back into The office to check out in the morning to get your $50 back. Good luck. Greedy little proprietor

Bare bones amenities. Minimum soap, no shampoo or conditioner.no bag for ice. Insufficient hand and bath towels, as well as wash cloths, and drinking cups for double occupancy. Rooms marginally clean but show very little maintenance. Rug ripped and linen worn and frayed. No cold water in shower with very little control over hot water. Plastic bag left covering smoke detector from what was assumed to be some previous construction or repair. On the plus side the employees were friendly and cooperative when asked to deal with an issue.
