Don’t use this company - you’ll be sorry - they don’t respond to any forms of communication and are quite rude if you even get a hold of them - I have sent 5 emails and numerous texts - their voice mail is full so you can’t leave a voice mail - not sure how they stay in business. - they advised to put cycle valve on the well they installed but it’s been 2 months and can’t get a response- the filter they installed constantly fills with sand stopping my well from properly working - told them my problems and they don’t respond - don’t use this company - it’s the WORSE

I was referred to this company for a well problem. We set up an appointment and then Efrin did not show up and did not answer his phone. Couldn't leave a message as Voice Mail was full. Efrin did eventually call me and we set up another appointment but once again he did not show up and did not answer his phone.

Since the owner responded to my review, I will add that I did contact another company and they responded the same day and came out the following day. We are scheduled to have a new well put in 3 weeks from now. I still don't know why Guest Well would make appointments and then not even show up and be proud of that in their reviews!

My Captive Air Tank had seen its best days. I just had some sod installed and it was important to have a working tank so I could run my irrigation system. I called Guest Well & Pump and I was told they would be at my home by Noon.by 1: 00 I was back in business! My thanks goes out to this fine company.

WORK WAS COMPLETED BUT LEFT MY BACK YARD A MESS HAVE TO HIRE SOME ONE TO LEVEL THE GROUND. I PAID THEM ON 29TH OF JULY AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT OR THE WARRANTY FOR THE PUMP. SPOKE WITH OWNER AT LEAST 5 TIMES LAST TIME THIS MORNING. 8/22/23

Guest put in my well in 1985. They have replaced it once, having to drill deeper. They replaced my water conditioner with one intended to be outdoors. Culligan installed an indoor WC outside and it did not survive. I didn’t know any better at the time, but they did. Guest updated me and recently repaired another issue. Ephram and his staff take care of you and what more do you want?

Horrible experience with this company. Efrain repaired/replaced/upgraded a pump for us. It leaked within a week, and he did come repair it. The upgrade he did he said would eliminate this issue. A month later it leaked again, this time causing the new pump to leak internally. He does not answer calls or texts. Had to hire someone else to fix it.

Bought a new construction house in our area and the company had Guest Well Inc do the well job. First week living there, the pump burnt out because it was not deep enough. We contacted the warranty company and they had it diagnosed by another company and when they stated it needed replacing, they came out several days later.
The 2 men replacing the pump were talking behind each others back and saying some nasty things.
Come the next day, the well is pulling up so much sediment it's crazy! Its clogging the pipes and getting air bubbles that leave the faucets sputtering. We can't even install the water softener or else we will have to replace it within months due to the sediment. We contacted the warranty again and they stated to call the company. So we were given the number for the VP of the company and called him. We expressed what was happening and how we would like it addressed, he immediately became defensive and started cursing up a storm stating we did not know anything about well. Mind you, my husband works on industrial wells, so yes, we do. We then contacted the owner and he had us run the well for 5 days straight to see if it was still depositing sediment, of which it did. After that, contact became sparse and we are constantly texting him asking when they will be out to diagnose and correct the issue. He states "soon" as they are having more houses in our area with problems. But when asked for a better time frame, he just continues with "soon".
I became frustrated and requested the well permit from Environmental Health. The 2nd company that had come earlier stated the well was drilled to shallow at 70 feet. Now, the permit filled out by Efrain P.stated they drilled to 100-120 feet when in fact they did not. So on top of all that, they lied on their permits.
I have since contacted Florida Consumer Services and reported the company.

They awesome people to work with. They came right out and went to work with our new submersible pump install.

Very thankful for this place. My well pump stopped working and the original company I called wasn’t able to help me that day so they sent this company instead. The two guys who installed the new pump were fast and both very nice. I would recommend this company for well pump installations.
