The attention and care provided by the staff was excellent. The reason for my visit was immediately addressed and the necessary tests were performed. I would highly recommend this Emergency Care Center.

Excellent experience and service from doctors and nurses at the Semoran location. Less time in pain due to quick evaluation by medical team. Love it and recommend to go instead of traditional ER.

At the North Semoran location - My doctor was incredibly cool and reassuring, but it was weird having two nurses when I'm experiencing COVID symptoms talking about how "masks don't really work". I'm sitting there in a mask, and the only reason I've gotten sick recently is because I STOPPED wearing a mask. It was also odd hearing "COVID didn't impress me" during a pandemic where 600,000 americans have died.like. Not a huge deal, but if you work in the medical field, maybe like.understand how viruses work is important. During a global virus outbreak. But maybe that's just me.

I was so impressed with my care at Guide Well. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They listened and did not make me feel rushed. The exam was thorough. My appointment began on time. The facilities were very complete. They will be my first choice for urgent care from now on.

First time visit at Guidewell. My son was the patient. I must say for an emergency visit we were treated as such. The staff from front to back customer service was remarkable. Even a follow up call checking on my son during the week. For me that was outstanding! I Recomend this emergency hospital any time!

Staff is very kind however it took them more than half an hour to check on something urgent (possibly an allergic reaction). It didn’t seem busy and there was a lot of conversation and not enough focus on patients. I’ve been here over an hour now just waiting to be checked out.

First time go there my experience was the best in a few minutes they call me put me in a nice clean and comfortable room a very kind nurse show up providing medical attention all nursing staff are very profesional and very friendly and courteous then the doctor coming to check me she was very comprehensive about my situation she took the time to check me and ask me question and explain me what i need thank to Dra Colon to take good care of me I will continue to going there

Horrible experience with billing department. Center is trying to charge me almost $2000 instead of giving my insurance company the info ensuring they have requested to process the claim. This has been going on since May. United Healthcare has called them themselves to request this information with no luck yet they are still trying to charge me! This bill if processed correctly should be fully paid for by insurance!

My primary care recommends GuideWell because she feels they better equipped than other clinics. I've now been here three times over the past 2 years and each experience has been positive. Great staff.

It was during the weekend, and I was working in our yard, when I was stung by wasps on my face. As I began to swell, the fear of respiratory problems began to hit me, so I went to the near by Guidewell center. They were wonderful, and put my mind at ease, asking me questions, and then prescribing the right medication for my allergy.

I absolutely love this place! I recommend it to everyone!

The staff was phenomenallly nice from the front desk girls, X-ray techs, nurses to the doctor. They were very detailed and knowledgable. They took their time in explainibg everything. Will definitely co e back!

One of my best doctor office experiences full stop. Thank you all so tremendously. I went in after a car accident not knowing what to do aside from bring in my claim number. The front desk woman was so helpful in talking me through what numbers I needed to give her, and dealing with my car insurance (who were unnecessarily rude to us both on the phone). Our wait wasn’t long and they had a small but great children’s area that my toddler loved, ie: he didn’t throw a massive tantrum with the short wait we did have. My doctor was kind empathetic and concise. The follow up call was so unexpected but courteous. Incredible bedside manner. Would absolutely recommend and go again if needed.

This was my first visit to Guide we! L and I was struck by how bright and clean it looked. Every person I interacted with was so friendly and pleasant. I really appreciated that as I was fee! Ing so bad. I didn't feel rushed, each technician, nurse and receptionist took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was clear on my instructions. Truly the best mini ER I have ever been to. From now on it will be my only ER.

I am more than pleased with my experience. All staff were courteous, professional and warm. Care was excellent. I even received a phone call the next day to inquire on my progress. Finally, a walk-in clinic that is not a waste of time and money. Effective treatment beyond expectations!
